I live in Pittsburgh, PA and my daughter recently moved to LA. She unfortunately broke her ankle and showering was difficult. I had worked in the DME field previously and I needed someone who would consider the situation and not «by the rules» in helping me with this problem. Joyce was amazing. I was able to give her my daughters name and address she took my credit card and a shower chair was delivered that afternoon. My daughter is non-​weight bearing and cannot drive due to the fact it is her right angle that is broken. Joyce really made both of us happy. Thanks Joyce for your wonderful CUSTOMER SERVICE!

For a while, I’ve been searching for an old-​fashioned pharmacy thing that I used to use in my youth. I got many blank looks. Some people who had actually been to pharmacy school had heard of it, but still gave me a funny look and «Oh, they used to use that.» I was driving by Colorado Pharmacy and decided to try them. This was on a Friday, the one day that Bill works there. He’s even older than me, I think, if such a thing is possible. He’s tall with a full head of white hair, like an old-​time pharmacist from Central Casting. He knew all about what I wanted, and quickly found it in their ordering system, and ordered it for me, and I picked it up a few days later. Of course I picked it up on a Wednesday, so nobody knew where the order was, and it took them 20 minutes to locate it, but I got my stuff and will go there again.
