This is ice cream to please the palate. it is tasty, creamy and wonderful. What fabulous flavors and textures to enjoy. Any day you can find a few of the standard flavors that Cold Stone Creamery is known for and then you can find some of the seasonal and special flavors. Wow. great stuff. keep the cream coming. btw, special hours on thursday — sunday. so no can visit on monday — wednesday. but open until 10 pm. also, you can taste as many flavors as you want so try them all.

The ice cream is always good, obviously. My 3 star rating is based on the wait time since when I went there, there was only one person working. I’ve seen it empty before, but considering how long it takes to make orders, especially when people come in to order 5 ice creams to go, Cold Stone might want to consider investing in at least one more employee at a time.

It’s a Cold Stone. They’re ok, nothing amazing and pricey. Was across from the movie theater so I was hankering for some dessert.

I love this cold stone location! The workers are very friendly and will strike up a conversation. They work fast and are super friendly! I recommend getting the coffee ice cream with pieces of kit Kats in them because they are to die for!

This Coldstone is clean, friendly and delicious! One star off because they only had 3 waffle cones made for my offer on Unilocal.
Parking in front at meters of there’s parking at the end of the block. Great location!

I had a great experience with this location recently! I wanted to order an ice cream cake for my husband and used their super easy online order form. I actually ended up getting an ice cream pie because it was something different. They have so many different options and the prices are pretty good!
The pie turned out awesome. The service was very friendly and accommodating. I accidentally ordered it for pick up on the wrong day. I called and they quickly took care of my issue. On the day of pick up, it was ready and delicious! We tried the cookie dough pie and it was amazing. Very good with the delicious pie crust instead of cake.
No parking unfortunately – just street parking or just roam the neighborhoods around the area.

Great service and great ice cream flavors at my neighborhood Cold Stone. The server was very patient and gave my girls as many samples as they requested. We ended up getting Berry Yogurt with caramel topping, Vanilla with gummy bears and Marshmallow flavor. This last one was our favorite!

First and LAST time I go to this Cold Stone location. On Saturday, May 30^th (5÷30÷2015) at about 8:30p, My girlfriend and I went in and ordered a Churro Caramel Crave and a Brownie A La Cold Stone; They were both unappealing in taste and appearance to say the least!
Churro Caramel Crave:
°The Churros were DISGUSTING! They were hard and not nearly warm enough.
° Asked for CookiesNCream and got Vanilla (I let it go to be nice.)
Brownie A La Cold Stone:
°Had NO damn Brownies! WTF?
°The ONE or TWO tiny peices that were in there were funky tasting, even with the icecream.
°Asked to go light on the Walnuts and they put NONE.
At the end of the day I decided not to go back and complain; and just NEVER EVER return.
*All after we gave a TIP and didn’t get so much as a «Thanks guys» or anything… This location doesn’t even deserve that ONE star I had to click on just to write this review.

Best ice cream my kids love it. Cotton candy is favorite. It’s really great than others around on pico

The best icecream all time. My kids favorite is cotton candy with sprinkles on top. Love this place. The staff is very nice they even know what we want.

How the hell you skip a person in line and help two other clients that walk in after. Asian kid helps two white Americans before telling me he’ll help me next. Sorry, I’m throwing the race card bs

This Cold Stone’s Creamery location has the best, prompt service with a smile. Spencer makes the ice cream experience a moment to remember. His smile radiates and his laugh infectious.
I also bought 2 custom cakes and they came out perfect. Cake design was neat and on point.

I got a buy 1 get 1 free coupon in my email, only valid for this location, so I came here with my boyfriend after dinner. We each got a Like It, and paid slightly less than $ 5 for it using my gift card. Mine was the sweet cream flavor and oreo pieces, while bf got the cheesecake ice cream with brownies and graham cracker pie bits.
The texture of cold stone’s ice cream is very soft and it melts rather quickly. But it’s not a bad thing because it needs to be enjoyed soft and sticky and chewy.
I come here about once a year, and I always enjoy it. Not a super awesome ice cream parlor, but it is the epitome of American excess. Yum.

I have ordered at least ten cakes from this location in the last year, and every one of them has been ready on time and well received. They also have a very convenient online ordering system at
, which makes an already easy process easier. When I do have to call (because I want more specifications than the website will allow), the person who took the order was very polite and it took less than five minutes. I used to work at a Cold Stone, so I know it is easy to get jaded and screw up; I appreciate that that has never happened despite this location being in a really busy area.
This is in contrast to the Santa Monica location, which literally once couldn’t do a cake with five days notice because they didn’t have anyone trained who was coming in. That was the last time I attempted to get anything there, which is a shame for the franchisee.

I LOVE ice cream and am never one to pass up on a chance to eat some.
Cold Stone I have had at countless locations, endless times and while it has always been good, there are so many better options for ice cream in the area.
I came here for my son, got him a small «like it» and he was very happy with it.
Service is nice, the store well kept and they have a good selection of full and low fat options as well as sorbets.
I think the prices are pretty high and would rather spend my money on something more unique, but they often have coupons which bring us back in and my son loves it.

Great customer service! I called day of, actually about 2 hours before to be precise, to order a birthday cake, and while they didn’t have time to do a custom cake, they gave me the choice of a few cakes that were already made. I went with the cookie dough delirium and what a hit! It was so good. It is filled with yellow cake, and Sweet Cream ice cream with cookie dough and chocolate shavings wrapped in fluffy white frosting. We devoured the entire thing. I ate two pieces and I definitely could have gone for a 3^rd. I will be ordering cakes from them in the future!

The food is good but the customer service is terrible!
There’s nothing like GOOD customer service when you’re treating yourSelf to ice cream and nothing that’s more of a bummer than unfriendly people who same to hate their job.

Parking sucks. But walking over from the parking lot on the block west has been a ritual with the wife and kid. Same guy who always works there pretty efficient and the taste is always consistent. Its a franchise, what can you expect.
I love the cheesecake combo.

Yum! I like the final product but I think the process is so cumbersome.
I came in and there was a young kid behind the counter — very friendly, really helpful. Good job on that hire. He was able to help 5 people in the store efficiently, which I’ve never seen at a Coldstone store before.
Also, I like the suggested combinations. I got one with vanilla ice cream, lemon cake pieces and strawberries, I think and it was delicious.

Every year at least once I need my «Cold Stone» German-​Chocolate-​Cake, and to this day, it still features that dark chocolate, caramel and coconut shreds in every ice (s)cream bite. This Pico Blvd. has never been my favorite location, but if you close your eyes… nirvana. Nirvana for five minutes, not unless you get the Love It size, but dang, I’m finding better ice cream deals elsewhere that aren’t in the neighborhood of six bucks. #fickle
