I love this place. My favorite dish is enchiladas de mole. $ 8 but big portions. The flautas, cemitas, and quesdadillas are delicious too. This is a good place to come for authentic food from Mexico City, DF. Cash only.

Love this little restaurant. The food is to die for! My bf got the carne asada and the meat was very juicy and cooked right. I got the gorditas and they were big and bomb! If you want to eat some bomb Mexican food come here!

Eating as I write this review lol, that’s how good this place is. The best gorditas I’ve had in a looong time. Not a fancy place and it slow but it’s worth the wait! They are very clean too. Coming back soon !!

Was looking for a good place to have lunch at, and came across this place on Unilocal.Decided to check it out, since it’s close to my job. Great decision!!! I have found a nice hole in the wall for lunch. I ordered a gordita de asada, which was fresh and tasted great. I will definitely go back to try their other menu items!!!

Hole in the wall that serves bomb Mexican food. Las gorditas, quesadillas, and huaraches are amazing. If your in Huntington Park and you’re craving good Mexican food you have to stop by.

Came here to eat twice with my dad. The wait time was long about half and hour to get your food after ordering it, but it was worth it because the two times I came I was very satisfied with my meal. Really amazing Mexican food. The sopes are delicious. Also their empanadas de Asada are my favorite. I would definitely go there again.

Found this place while fixing our windshield in the hood. If you enjoy authentic Mexican food this is the go to place. Their sopes are to die for & 1 of the main reasons we return. Cleaner than your average little hole in the wall. Sit close to the kitchen near the door for ventilation since the kitchen is the only one with AC. Parking is in back & you enter through the alley.

Let me start of by saying if you want to be transported back to Mexico in a Rancho then this is the place! The food is great. My favorite three dishes are the Guarraches, flautas and Los chilaquiles w/​a tosted bolio. Yummy. The beans are jammin! No, but seriously their the best beans I had from any resturant. oh, but stay away from their mole, it was bland and was lacking flavor. Let me add, their Aguas Frescas are legit! None of this artifical powder or concentrated juice they sale at other mexican restaurants. It’s the real deal. On occasiona, you’ll see thy Dona Chona at the register holding up the line. lol… Please stay off the register and concentrate on the recipes! The Salsas are a hit or miss. Sometimes their too spicy that you end up getting an upset stomach y con la coliflor ardiendo. I highly recommend this hole in the wall changarro. Caiganle con La Dona Chona!

All the Tortillas, Sopes and Gorditas are made Fresh to Order. Almost all of the time the Meat is fresh to order as well. Try the Red sauce its great!

Really good Mexican food! Handmade tortillas were the best I’ve had. Only con is that it’s cash only so come prepared.

This is one of the few whole in the wall places in LA that I must say really is an authentic Mexican home style food. Loved their gorditas! Parking sucjs but you can usually just block someone the joint is small enough to know when you have to move your car (kinda like playing Tetrus).

Comida de D.F. authentica… now i search for the best of all types of foods. So far for mexican at a small joint (not the taco spots) this is the ONE.
Handmade tortillas and meats cooked by a couple of lil ladies gettin busy for your mouth, salsa roja is like home made, Adobada is ridiculous especially the Sopes. My next treat is the Huarache (both the shoe and the dish) lol Downside
