BEWARE! Not a serious company, very unreliable. Do not use this company. One of the ovens in my catering company failed so I called Coast Service. They assured me a technician will arrive the same day… he didn’t. I called that same afternoon and they promised he would arrive the next day, first thing in the morning… he didn’t. After many excuses they assured me he would be at my facility first thing in the morning the following day… guess what… he didn’t either. My business depends on those ovens and If they commit to sending a repairman, I relied on them as anybody else would. Now I will have to complete the week with no ovens and production will be severely affected. DO NOT USE THEM, this day in age is very important to be reliable, I doubt they will be in business much longer.
