I run a small business and I have been searching for a public relations firm to help with some marketing projects. So one day this month, I walked by this company’s office and the name on their door caught my attention. I walked in hoping to speak to someone about their services and maybe grab a business card or brochure. I approached a Click Communications employee, apparently a manager, a woman working on a computer, and I offered my hand in a handshake with a smile hoping to ask her if I could speak to a salesperson. She got up out of her chair with this scary look on her face like I was bothering her. She rudely told me she was in the middle of something and told me to get out of her office. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I was never greeted by this person and she never said a basic«Hello, how are you? How may I help you?» Instead I was treated rudely and with complete disrespect — a potential client ready to give this company money for their services. Let my story be a cautionary tale for you. Try to imagine these people taking on your public relations work? I wouldn’t let these people represent me or work for me or help me in any way because they will screw it up. Rude, careless and disrespectful! Pass on these idiots!
