CleanBeeBaby is amazing. I was given a 10-​year-​old, hand-​me-​down bugaboo stroller that had been around the world and it showed. CleanBeeBaby made it look brand new. No exaggeration. They found mold on it and scrubbed it right out and completely steam cleaned it. I am simply amazed at what an incredible job they did! Not only is it shockingly clean, but they did a complete tune-​up, which made a world of difference. They replaced the brake and made sure the stroller was safe to use. We feel so much better putting the baby in it now. This was money well spent. I cannot recommend them strongly enough. Thanks CleanBeeBaby!!!

Clean Bee Baby was a lifesaver! Jennifer came to our home to help us install a car seat in my car as well as my husband’s. She was so knowledgeable and perfectly explained how to best install a car seat to protect our baby. She even had each of us test it out to ensure we were prepared. And what do you know… the very next day our little girl arrived!!! The timing could not have been more perfect and I will definitely continue to use Clean Bee Baby in the future!

A service that is seriously needed for parents! When our daughter threw up in her car seat the first through in my mind was to contact Clean Bee Baby.
Good thing I rinsed the seat off immediately because normally vomit or poop calls for a deluxe cleaning just to remove the smell.
I was able to use a Plum District discount which was helpful and was fortunate to meet the Queen Bee herself, Jen. She was very nice and the job was finished at the time it was promised.
I think the service is ingenious and much appreciated by busy parents. I feel good about the fact they use only natural products and are very detail oriented. This is a service I will tell my friends about!

Honestly, I’m surprised this has such great reviews. I would have given it one star, but the people working there were pretty nice.
My stroller was pretty stinky! And all I wanted was for it to no longer be so smelly. I didn’t care about stains or anything. Just the smell. The lady told me I would need to get the deluxe and I told her I don’t have an hour. Instead, I got the standard package for $ 40. I had a coupon for $ 8 off, which expired that week so I went out of my way to drive 30 minutes to Pasadena (the other places throughout the week were even further out of the way.)
So I tell her all I want is the smell to be gone. She doesn’t have to worry about the stains, because I’m sure it’ll just get stained right after.
30 minutes later.
I come back and it still smells. It did get a bit better, but I’m not paying $ 32 and wasting my time for it to become a bit better. I was running on a tight schedule so I just left or else I would have demanded for her to do a bit of a better job!
Also, I figured cash would be an easier transaction, but they didn’t have change. Okay … so I paid with my card. It took literally 15 minutes to get the card to go through because for some reason the iphone was having a hard time getting reception or something?
Overall, I will never be using this service again.

I recently used CBB to clean my infant car seat/​stroller and I have to be honest and say that I was not impressed at all. My friend and I both used their services and we came out feeling the same way. They were backed up and took longer than their said ½ hour, although we had made our appointments ahead of time. Apparently a class was just starting at the Pump Station and they took a lot of walk-​ins.
The girls working were very pleasant and professional, but the cleaning job was just ok. The stroller was definitely clean, but just not what I expected. There were missed spots and their cleaner seemed to have left a few crusty marks, which I was able to get out by going over them with a baby wipe. I also added on the option to wrap the car seat for storage for my next baby when I made the appointment with Brian, but when I arrived, the girl working said they had nothing to wrap it with. The last thing that was a bit disappointing was I was unable to use a gift certificate I had received. There was a promotion going on (which was great!) so they told me that I could not use the gift certificate with any other offers. I completely understand not being able to redeem multiple promotions at once, but since when is a $ 20 gift certificate considered a promotion? I thought in the state of California a gift certificate is like cash and without expiration date. This particular one also expires at the end of the year.
CBB offers a great service and one that is so needed, but my experience was mediocre and I just don’t see myself using them again even though I have this «certificate».

Last time, I struggled with washing my toddler’s car seat fabric and nearly shrunk it! A replacement for the Sunshine Kids (now called Diono) XTSL is not cheap, so instead of risking another mishap, I was more than ecstatic when I saw this service on LS. I spent $ 19 (regularly $ 40) for a «Standard» car seat cleaning. Despite my honey questioning why I’d purchased the deal, I quickly reminded him that as a Mother, Partner, and Student, I have no time to do these little but so important things for, yes, even the baby’s car seat!
Fast forward nearly 4 months later, and I was barely booking my appointment. I loved the website, it was very intuitive and easy to use. Just take a look at the «Calendar of Events» for the day they will be at your preferred location, and then click on that same day in the Appointment calendar so the available time slots are shown. It will then ask you for your personal information for the reservation such as your name and contact information.
Here comes the good part: because I wear many hats and am currently immersed in a 4 week intensive Stats course, I completely forgot that today was my appointment! I only remembered because Jennifer was kind enough to not only call me when I was late, but text and email me as well! She let me know they’d be there until 5pm and that I could still drop by. I text her letting her know I was on my way. She was very courteous, even when I called her because I was unsure if I was in the right place. She even offered to have an employee come out to my car and help me carry my items if needed, since the location was in the promenade.
CleanBeeBaby had a tent set up outside of the store. I filled out a registration sheet with my contact information and seat information, and was told by Jeff (? I’m horrible with names) that it’d be approximately 30 minutes.
I came back 45 minutes later and was greeted by Jennifer who told me the cleaning had been completed. I looked over the seat as I signed off the pick up portion of the consent form and it looked great, although it was still somewhat damp. I had noticed the young man had spent a lot of energy cleaning the strap for which I am eternally grateful! My toddler was extremely impressed with her clean seat when I picked her up from daycare! I am confident the seat will look just as great tomorrow once it is completely dry.

All in all, (if you’re still with me) I had a very positive experience with CleanBeeBaby. I was impressed by Jennifer’s consideration for her customers (even my procrastinating, forgetful self). I was impressed with the quality and thoroughness of the cleaning. I will use their service again! And I will definitely recommend CleanBeeBaby to all my friends who are concerned and modern parents. ;P

Amazing service– my son got car sick and before we even got home I had an appointment the next day with clean bee baby they were totally booked but fit us in. They worked so hard to get the car seat looking and smelling great. There was no way I would have been able to do it. And then Jen, the owner, jumped in the back seat and re-​installed the carseat.

After my toddler threw up in his car seat, I decided it was finally time to make an appt with CleanBeeBaby which I’d heard of/​seen repeatedly at The Mother’s Haven in Sherman Oaks. Jen, the owner, was there and super friendly. When I came back later to pick up my car seat, it looked pretty spick and span to me. But, the absolute best part of this $ 40 service was when Jen brought the car seat down to my car and explained to me why and how I had it installed wrong. She then somehow squeezed herself into the back of my small car and locked that sucker in properly. I was so impressed and grateful. My only regret is I didn’t tip her which I will definitely do next time (they take tips, but do not pressure you for them).

Jennifer went above and beyond to help me prepare for the arrival of our second child. I brought three items in to be cleaned: an infant car seat, a convertible car seat and a stroller. I arrived late due to an extra-​long nap time, but Jennifer rolled with it happily and met me in the parking garage to retrieve my items.
Jennifer and her team got the items cleaned very quickly and thoroughly, and even pumped up my tires and zip-​tied on a loose item for me free of charge. She reviewed some safety points with me about car seats and even taught me some things about my set up that I didn’t know. She also recommended a set up and fully installed both seats so I’ll be ready for the new baby when he comes.
I couldn’t be happier with the current state of all three items, and I can feel very good about putting my newborn in his seat when he makes his appearance. I highly recommend CleanBeeBaby.

Jen made my car seat look out-​of-​the-​box new. It’s like getting your car professionally detailed but for your baby’s ride instead. There was not a speck anywhere after she was done with it!
Bravo CleanBeeBaby! I am impressed. It’s so rare for a business owner to take responsibility for the carelessness of an employee and personally re-​clean the car seat to make sure it met her standards. Her passion for making the lives of us moms a little easier is refreshing and sincere =)

I had heard of Clean Bee so much from virtually every baby boutique and at child fairs. So I was so excited to use such a convenient service to clean my stroller seat… until I was SO disappointed with the results, or lack thereof. I just took my stroller seat to be steam cleaned. The approximate cost was $ 45. Yet, when the seat fully dried, it not only had the same stains that were there before, but it had additional white streaks on the straps and on the seat fabric. I had to completely re-​clean it myself. Considering the cost, it was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. I do NOT recommend.

I absolutely love this new company! I had my carseat cleaned at a local children’s shop and as many times as I’ve tried to clean my carseats myself, I never seem to get them clean. Cleanbeebaby really cleaned my carseat well and the carseat re-​install tech was very knowledgable about the regulations, etc. I was also thrilled to learn that the products used are eco-​friendly. I’m a big fan of this company and found the owner very personable and great to talk with. I highly recommend this service to other LA Mom’s!

This service provides cleaning for your baby/​child car seats and strollers. They just launched and I got a free cleaning done for my infant seat. They did an amazing job — steam cleaned it and used all environmentally friendly products.
I hope parents use this service — some of the strollers/​car seats I see are DISGUSTINGLY filthy. People are so gross sometimes.
