Coercion. Fraud. Extortion. Theft.
I am in the midst of building a criminal case against this guy and have already been working with law enforcement. He threatened my life, stole my money and my rugs and I have all of the information required to prove this in a court of law. I do not wish to divulge anything further as to not compromise the legal process. Please message me here if you would like justice. We need to take this SOB off the streets and put him in jail where he belongs.

what this company is a despicable scam!!! they should be in jail! do not call them. they will try to take your things and steal them!!! please, if anyone has been a victim of their burglaries then please get in contact with me so i can build a solid case around these thieves. i need dates of «service» time and descriptions. please send me an email i will be checking them daily. what these people do is horrid!!!

My family sent this company 3 rugs. Paid up front over, $ 400 and didn’t see them back for over a month and a half! We thought they stole them. We could not get the company to deliver either… until about 15 phone calls later they finally got back to us and delivered them. When we got them back, the rugs were NOT CLEAN at all. They looked like they’re in the same condition that we gave them in. There’s mud and food stains in them that could have been easily removed if they were cleaned. On top of that, the guy who answers the phone (not sure if he’s the owner or what) is not polite at all. Very rude. Not using this company again!

This company is horrible! I hired them to clean a small 5’x7’ area rug and not only did the company take my rug and disappear for days, but I received my rug back in worse condition than they took it in! It was damp, smelled like mildew and was covered in cat hair when I finally did get it back, and that was only after having to call and track them down to find out where my rug was in the first place!
I was told that the company would clean my rug to look like new and was open on Labour Day, which was when my rug was supposed to be returned to me. However, after still not hearing from them that day or the next I had to call– only to not be remembered and blown off when I questioned them.
After finally receiving my rug back, absolutely filthy, I called the company back to complain and ask if there was some mistake where my rug was possibly not even cleaned in the first place. Instead of providing me with a reasonable explanation or an apology about my dissatisfaction, I was treated incredibly disrespectfully, cursed at, threatened, and ultimately hung up on!
Long story short, this company SUCKS! Dont use them! Continue shopping around until you find a reputable carpet cleaner and go with them! I thought from their website I could trust them, but anyone can build a website, so go with a referral or off of reviews. Good luck!
