I ordered a Tungsten ring for my upcoming wedding from this shop. After looking through the site on Etsy, my fiancé and I finally decided on a design and ordered it. When it came in, the ring was too big and too wide for my finger, although the craftsmanship was beautiful. I contacted the shop owner and he immediately began work on a smaller ring. I was refunded for the shipping of the previous ring, without even requesting a refund and the new ring came within the week. Vic(the shop owner and craftsman) was very flexible with my order and answering any questions I had about the ring. He made sure I got the correct size and quality for such an important decision in my life. I would highly recommend Clean Casting Jewelry to anyone looking for a well made and unique wedding band.

–UPDATE — 1÷5÷2016: Regardless of what the business owner is refuting in reply to my review, you can see from the other reviews, these ARE real reviews. Do yourself a favor and don’t order anything from this business. Original review from October 13th, 2014: Ordered ring on November 29th with confirmed ‘ship by’ date of December 3rd. Order/shipping status had not been updated by the 6th of December. Sent first email to shop owner. No response. Order/shipping status still remained unupdated as of the 9th of December. Second email to shop owner sent. Reply from owner on the 10th stating the ring would be shipped that week. ‘Shipping Label’ was printed on the 15th of December — presumably to show some progress. Ring shipped the following week on Tuesday the 17th. Delivered December 23rd. Engraving was in wrong font. Sent email with picture of this to shop owner… still no response. I won’t be buying from this shop/owner again. The sadly funny thing, once I placed my order on Etsy I received the automated shop email stating ‘Customer Rules!!!’…it rings very hollow now. And…after posting the above review, the owner Vic, turned around and blamed me for any issues and accused me of trying to get a free ring. I spent over $ 100 with this guy. Ridiculous. It sounds like Vic needs to have a talk with himself and learn some humility as well as what customer service really is.

After posting the reviews on here and on , Vic has contacted me via email and said had process the refund today. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — - 4÷4÷15 received the rings and was not happy about it.(the rings were a lot thinker than I thought) 4÷10÷15 send it back to the Vic(the owner) for exchange. Along with the ring I send a copy of the rings I want, printed from their own website. 4÷29÷15 received the wrong sets of rings and wanted to return it for refund. 5÷1÷15 Sent the exchanged rings back to Vic and provide him the tracking number. ALSO ask to let me know how long it will take for the refund to take place. 5÷5÷15 according to USPS, the Vic have received the returned rings, so I emailed him again and ask about the refunds. 5÷8÷15 Email and ask for refund again. Up until now, they have not respond to my refunds, And so I called my credit card company to dispute the transaction.

–UPDATE– I just saw the comment the shop owner left on my review, which is laughable. This is a very real review of a horrible experience with a horrible shop/person. I am extremely upset with a shop owner(Vic Sargsian from Clean Casting Jewelry) who was very unprofessional and rude, and who I think poorly reflects Etsy’s standards. I ordered a tungsten ring about a month ago, and before I ordered it, I sent the shop owner a message to check on it’s durability. Today, I noticed the enamel on the ring had scratched off. I contacted the shop owner to see if there was any way to prevent this from happening further, as the ring now looks bad. I did not ask for a refund, new ring, or any kind of compensation. Then, I posted a review about the product, saying that I was disappointed, while still being polite and professional. Several minutes after the review, I received two messages saying I needed to call the shop owner. As soon as I called, this man lost his temper. I have a video recording of most of the call that I can send if necessary. He told me that I disrespected his business with my review, though I was professional and had tried to previously resolve the problem in a private message. He insinuated I was lying about messaging him before purchasing the product, saying I had to show him the messages. He got mad and yelled that he would not be sending another ring, which I never asked him to do or wanted. He also was extremely rude and tried to make me feel stupid by saying that I was probably an «accessories expert» who should know enamel will scratch/chip. He said that my mother and I were lying when we told him we had not done any heavy work in the ring, so as to scratch it. The conversation was chaotic and mainly consisted of me getting yelled at. After interrupting me and screaming at both me and my mother on the phone, he eventually hung up on me. I am incredibly mad that there is a vendor like this on the site, and want to make sure other customers are not harassed like this. I am uncomfortable and a little scared now that this man has my contact information. I did not ask for any compensation, and am very angry that I was yelled at and harassed by someone I did business with on Etsy. I would never ever recommend this shop to anyone, it was the definition of unprofessional.
