These guys came over for 10 minutes and gave me an estimate a day later. After that, Larry would neither respond to my emails or phone calls. This was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time. I guess they didn’t need $ 2,000… I’m still confused. Who has a cleaning and painting business but drops the ball when a customer needs them? They suck!!!

I hired City Wide Maintenance to clean a vacant apartment which we were getting ready to rent. I found them in an ad (I think through a landlord’s association), and when I called, they offered a reasonable price. I will jump to the end and say that the job that they did was excellent. The place looked like new. But, it wasn’t that bad to begin with either.
However, they really pulled a bait and switch. The original price quote to clean the vacant one-​bedroom apartment was $ 80, but after he arrived, he added extra for ceiling fans, blinds, windows, etc. The price ended at a jacked-​up $ 160.
Again, the place was clean, but jacking up the price at the last minute… not cool.
