I am a recent widow with two orphaned dependents. I am maintaining a mortgage that City National acquired through a bank that failed several years ago. The loan was through my late husband. After my husband died City National, despite being advised and updated on the turmoil surrounding his death, moved aggressively to foreclose on the property. I saved the property, but the bank continues to act very aggressively and has rejected every request for forbearance or hardship considerations. I am treated like a number in a log book. It is not a good bank to deal with if you are in need of real help, have a real life struggles, are a minority, or if you are a new business owner.

This bank is conveniently located across the street from my job. It made cashing my paycheck that much easier and will make future trips just as efficient. There is absolutely no street parking on Century Park East. You would have to park in one of their garages. The teller who helped me today was friendly and the bank was empty. They close at 4pm!
