Christene just shot some pictures of my precious 5 month old baby girl… I must say, I was completely blown away by her professionalism, her compassion & patience during the shoot but more over — the pictures ARE AMAZING!
I wouldn’t listen to the negative reviews below b/​c I think anyone, once they meet Christene would know she not only is A VERY gifted photographer but she is hands down one of the sweetest young ladies you will ever meet!
Let her work do the talking… You will be blown away! My husband & I were! Christene captured moments of our sweet baby girl that we will never forget!

I’m not sure why you erased your previous response and rewrote a new one but I wanted to address what you said. During my photo shoot you stated that the photos would be ready the following weekend. You did not estimate 2 – 3 weeks like you are claiming. And while I was anxiously waiting for my photos you wrote on your personal Facebook page that you had returned from a camping trip. I feel you should have apologized for the inconvenience you had caused me and 2 – 3 weeks is a little long when the photos were supposed to be used for birth announcements.
I also wanted to add that I am not trying to compare you or your prices to «mall photographers». I do feel that trying to charge an additional $ 300 for a DVD of about 30 digital images on top of the fees already charged is outrageous. However, I do not feel that your pricing was over the top IF the images had been included. In fact I wouldn’t have mind spending a little bit more if high quality digital images were included that were not watermarked. My issue with your pricing was I feel you were deceptive in what exactly was included with the initial fee and I don’t feel that $ 250 is a fair price for only one 11×17 printed photo. That feels like I am paying YOU so you can take photos of my baby and use them as marketing and promotional material for your business while all I get is one physical photo, doesn’t really seem right… it seems like my baby is a model for your business and therefore you should be paying me.
Lastly, you want to know what you can do to make my experience better. Well I know that I would have felt completely different if you had made an effort to fix the situation when I first brought up my concerns to you privately. All you did was send me an email basically telling me why you don’t think you need to try and work something out. This is not about you proving that you were right, I was a customer and part of what I was paying for was the experience and you should have put more effort to ensure it was a positive one. The thing is… it’s really your loss. During the photo shoot I was already planning on talking to you about future photo shoots. If the experience had gone well I would have without a doubt not only used you exclusively for all future photo shoots but I would have been more than happy to promote you to all my friends.
At this point there isn’t really anything I personal want from you. What I do want is for you to take all of what I’ve said into consideration and to be very specific with future clients as to what exactly is included in their initial session fee and to let them know that digital images will NOT be included unless they pay additional $ 300 and to let them know what your pricing is for printed photos ahead of time so they know what they can get with the $ 50 print credit. Basically I think you should be more transparent with your clients because you need to remember that without clients you don’t have a business and a satisfied customers will keep coming back for more.

Absolutely amazing photographer. With how good the pictures come out, looks like I would’ve paid double the actual price. Also, great home made props and good locations. Definitely recommend using Christine Sara Photography
