The young guy who I believe to be Asian does not listen to what you want. New chicken was being cut up, and there was just scraps left in the tray, so I asked for the new chicken that was being cut up, and he just smile and said«there is enough here for your bowl.» I said, okay, but I still wanted the just grilled chicken, and he said, «its fine,» and pushed my bowl down the line. I have had similar issues in the past, but liked the food enough not to care. This was the last time I will come here, and if you are reading this, you might want to choose a different Chipotle.

My first official order at chipotle. My friends & my coworkers always get me salad and chips with guacamole and I like it a lot but it’s always«to go» So today I went to chipotle and ordered my first tacos. I got corn tortillas with steak, tomatoes, different sauce, guacamole, sour cream and lettuce. I love love the guacamole! :) It was 3pieces of tacos filled with all the good stuff and it’s pretty big too. Unfortunately, I didn’t like the steak because it was tooooo chewy and cold, also the way they wrap my food was messy. My tacos was soggy and when I was about to eat it, the tortilla just ripped like I have to eat it with the fork. The place is pretty big and clean. I like the location coz they have Jamba Juice in front and then yogurtland right next to it. Excellent customer service!

Parking in this complex still sucks. The food is still awesome after the E. coli breakout. People working the line are super enthusiastic(like almost In-N-Out level).

I’ve never had any problems with chipotle. The staff here are SUPER friendly. There’s a guy who is usually there at 11am when I go who is always friendly and memorable but I always forget to check his name. There is limited parking however when I’ve stayed there for my lunch hour there has always been at least one parking spot on the street which is metered parking.

There’s a short overweight female cashier with glasses that works there, I first noticed her when she was in line in front of me. She was digging into her eye with her finger and I thought that was unhygienic then I cringed when I saw she had on a Chipotle shirt. I went back three times since then and I’ve seen her twice and each time she was at the register poking her eye before she’d bag the burrito and take the customer’s cash and gave change, all opportunities for the customer to become infected by directly touching her eye gunk-laden fingers or the items those fingers have touched. I stopped going to Chipotle after that and then I heard about the Norovirus(employee-caused) and e. coli outbreaks(unclean, manure-laden produce) and suddenly it made perfect sense why I kept getting an upset stomach at Chipotle — if at the basic level employees are not practicing hygiene, then it must be company-wide, from top to bottom. I will not be eating Chipotle. There are too many excellent Mexican food alternatives in Los Angeles where I don’t have to roll the dice with my health.

Place is pretty consistent with other Chipotle. They could give a little more protein, but again its comparable to other Chipotles. Seating is ok, Booth seating in the center. On the bright side, the service is pretty good here. friendly and fast. Parking can be rough, but at least its next to many other things like yogurtland and Jamba juice if you want more options. Very convenient place to come for a quick bite. Dragon Egg Approved.

Don’t bother ordering for pick up at this Chipotle. I placed an online order for the convenience as my boyfriend and I were feeling lazy. We got to Chipotle at the designated time and our food wasn’t ready. The restaurant was empty, so I’m confused as to why it wasn’t ready 30 minutes after I placed the order. I saw the employees scramble to put our food together. They were throwing the sour cream and salsas into our meals so sloppily that it almost made them unappetizing. I will likely never visit this Chipotle again, let alone think about placing an online order.

Worst burrito roll effort award goes to whoever was working the line tonight at chipotle.

First time here and I’d have to admit they are pretty stingy with ingredients. The food tasted fine and about the same as every other chipotle I’ve been to. I think the seating is very awkward. Theres some booth seats that are right next to the service line to get your food. A little weird to be eating your food while hungry people waiting for theirs. There is a random bar pattern for one seats. I get that it might be for party of 1 so it’s nice not have to take up a whole table, but it’ll be weird to sit that close to a stranger. It’s a really small location with a very small parking lot that is supposed to fit patrons for starbucks, Jamba juice, yogurtland and Walgreens.

#basic. Had no time for a real lunch today, so I stopped by Chipotle on my way to the office during my coffee break. Got a veggie salad. Asked for extra fajitas, and got 3 extra strips of peppers. :l Asked for cheese, and got just a pinch. Asked for some more cheese, and got another pinch. :l The girl serving me was probably having a bad day. Oh well. Can’t win them all, right? Parking in that shopping center is a bitch.

I’ve been to a lot of Chipotle locations and this one is not the best. Firstly, the parking situation is a nightmare. Also, there is not a lot of seating. As for the food, it’s always delicious but this particular location is very very stingy with their servings. I got a bowl and was served less than half a cup of meat. I was actually shocked. A few other people in line were making comments about this as well. Not ok, especially because i’m paying almost $ 10.00. This must be happening a lot, I read it in several reviews here.

This Chipotle is ok. The first few weeks they were open they had some issues. But they have improved. You get the same selection and service you would expect from any other Chipotle. That said, their seating is atrocious. The booths, if you can call them that are on the way of the people on the food line and the stools on the communal table can not be moved, it’s like having a picnic at the park.

Fun staff without an attitude. We came here right after they opened thinking it was just going to be okay. It turns out it was pretty great. Thought the staff was really nice and helpful, always a smile. ;) We both ordered a salad with tofu and a side of chips. It was great! Fresh & tasty, just how I remembered it. The location attracts a very young crowd, maybe this is because YogurtLand is right next door.

I am definitely a fan of Chipotle! It’s not authentic Mexican food, but it sure is yummy! I like the fact that the food tastes the same across all the locations. I always order a chicken bowl. The rice is good, the salsas are flavorful and the chips are so good — nicely salted with lime too! Overall, I had a good experience at this location. Fast and friendly service. The only thing that is weird about this location is the seating… We didn’t eat here because there weren’t that many seats and they were strangely arranged.

Ok. Every time I come here the service is fast, friendly, and composed. Give it up for Chipotle on Eagle Rock Blvd

Decided to give this location a shot since it was the newest and closest location near my house. Parking situation is horrible being that this location is shared with multiple other stores i. e yogurtland, jamba juice, starbucks, etc. Upon walking in, I was energetically greeted by all the employees. I quickly then noticed how tiny this location was! I’m guessing the store max capacity must’ve been maybe 25 – 30 people? Anyways, I’m still trying to figure out why there were so many employees standing in the food processing line. I mean. Does it really take up to 8 people to put together a burrito bowl? Also, I couldn’t help but notice an employee push my food against her belly while putting the lid on top of my food T___T. ANDD! I also felt very bad for the guy ordering before me because the staff here really don’t know how to wrap a burrito… His food was falling apart and all they did was try to wrap another tortilla around it. I mean common! Just make the poor guy a new proper burrito! And. For some reason the food was lacking so much flavor here… Very disappointed.

I’ll start with the food– tasted the same as any other chipotle. With that being said, I most likely won’t return. The restaurant is small, with awkward seating that isn’t comfortable or private, almost like a cafeteria. It’s also Freezing cold! The staff is slow considering we were the only people in line, and one guy(serving salsa/toppings) was so rude when I asked if I could please have guac that didn’t have cheese on it(dairy allergy). I see it happen all the time– there’s cheese shreds that fall into the guac by accident. I usually skip the guac or ask for some from a new container, and I always get pleasant«of course, no problem», or something along those lines. This time was different. He didn’t respond to me, but rolled his eyes. He made it seem like a complete inconvenience(every though we were the only ones ordering– no line). Sorry I can’t eat the cheese that’s piled in the guac :/and sorry for asking. Bottom line– there are plenty of chipotles that are friendlier, more comfortable, and more knowledgable/concerned about food allergies/cross contamination. Go there instead.

I hate myself for loving Chipotle. We live in a Mexican food mecca with oodles of awesome hole-in-the-wall Mexican establishments, and yet I find myself coming back to Chipotle for burritos even though they’re total bullshit. They’re never wrapped properly. A big giant corporation can’t train their workers to wrap a tight burrito that won’t fall apart? How am I supposed to eat this thing in my car while I’m driving to work? Huh? Huh? Maybe they don’t train their workers because no one gets burritos. They all get bowls, WHICHISN’T EVENMEXICANFOOD! It’s just fucking rice with meat and crap on it. I hate you Chipotle. DIEDIEDIE!!! I’m sorry, Chipotle. I love you so much. Let’s never fight again.

If you learn to navigate this Chipotle in the proper way, you should be fine! First off, this is a SMALL location. There is not a lot of seating at all. And now that it is a new location right in Eagle Rock, the lines can get long. Chipotle To Go! My husband and I just do our orders online, walk right to the register when we go in, then leave with our food. In and out in 5 minutes or less every time. The food is always delicious and prepared correctly, and the staff is always friendly and efficient.
