Avoid this place… its truly awful, the chicken wings should be called Pigeon wings, they were the smallest microwaved wings I have ever seen… I ordered the Teriyaki wings… and they were just these cold pigeon wings with teriyaki sauce poured over the top in the box… the wings at the bottom of the box were dry… the fries… soggy and cold… the chicken was over cooked, way dark and just plain nasty. Avoid spending your hard earned money at this place… you will regret it… on a side note, at least the delivery driver was nice and prompt.

If there were an award for the WORSTRESTAURANTINLA, this place would win, hands down. Can I give them ZEROSTARS? NEGATIVESTARS? I ordered from them, for delivery, through a reliable major third party delivery site. The order was scheduled to arrive at 9:10pm, and sure enough, at 9:10, my phone rang. It was the driver asking me to come out for the food. I hadn’t heard my doorbell ring, so I thought it was odd. I went to my door, and the driver was not there. I waited for about 5 minutes, and then called the driver. He insisted that he was at my home. He wasn’t. When I confirmed the address(the same address that is in my GrubHub profile, and the same address where delivery drivers come all the time), the driver insisted that he was at the right address. He wasn’t. He hung up on me. I called GrubHub and they contacted the restaurant. The driver had apparently put the wrong address(he put South instead of North) into his GPS. The restaurant promised to send the driver right over, and promised that the food would be hot. 40 minutes later, AT9:50PM, the driver finally showed up, with cold soggy food. And on top of that, they actually shorted me 2 pieces of chicken. Turning to the food itself, I can say that the chicken would not have been good, even if it weren’t cold and soggy. Ditto for the fries. Anorexic and tasteless chicken pieces, accompanied by soggy, unseasoned cold french fries. You could get better food out of a dumpster… which is exactly where this food ended up, and where it belongs. A restaurant that shorts you on portions(i.e., rips you off), serves lousy food that is cold and soggy, and has lousy service, is not a place I can recommend. AVOIDTHISPLACEATALLCOSTS.

Great fried chicken and cole slaw. The person who answers the phone is extremely sweet and the delivery is fast. Definitely one of my guilty pleasures.

Ordered the fish & chips… Comes with fries, a dinner roll, and cole slaw. Asked if I could substitute the cole slaw for potato salad(since they’re the same price and I’m not a fan of cole slaw), the woman said no. I would understand substituting something for an extra fee for their«trouble,» but to flat out say no? I’ve never ordered anywhere where I couldn’t substitute something. Is it harder to scoop potato salad into a styrofoam box than cole slaw? Not even for an extra charge? Rude. Annoyed. Will not order from again… I’ll go some place that let’s me order what I want to eat.

Alright. Let me tell you how it really is. First off. I decided to get food from here because they had late night delivery. Great service, food got here quickly and it was cheap. The menu is great but the food quality is just okay. It’s basically Ralph’s quality food. Ribs are tender, but fatty, chicken is crispy, but pieces are small with not lots of meat. Fries were probably frozen and tasted like it. All the other sides were decent. Chicken wasn’t better than KFC. If you’re looking for late night food this place is awesome, but don’t expect anything great.

Oh Chicken Delight, what can I say about you? This place was the only place open and delivering on Christmas Eve 2008. Chicken Delight came to the rescue on Christmas Day as well. You can think of almost anything and you will find it on the Chicken Delight menu. The food is good, the service is great, and they give you a coupon with every delivery $$. I’ve ordered the chicken, pizza, mozzarella cheese sticks, fries, and many other favorites off their menu; no complaints yet. I have never stepped foot into the restaurant, I have no idea where it is; I like to keep it a mystery. As long as Chicken Delight continues to offer great service and great food, I’ll remain a happy customer.

I will break it down for you, and I order from here all the time. This place is awesome for the following things: 1) delivery of the following– late night, munchies, drunk food, or recovering from a hangover and you need greasy food. 2) cheap, gets there quick, friendly staff, open late Things to order: 1) fried chicken! way better then KFC or any other fast food place 2) barbecue ribs– awesome! the meat just falls off the bone. 3) fries — make sure to order them well done If you order anything else, you’re on your own.

Chicken delight– oh my god! Have you had this chicken?! So yummy! you can get strips, breast, drumsticks– meals or buckets and the sides options are more than just fries or onion rings. They have mozz sticks and zucchini too, plus more I cant think of. You can get 6 packs or 2 liter. Pizza and sandwiches too! And the chicken is great! Seriously… even a day or two later. On holidays, new years day… thanksgiving…etc they even have specials. regularly they have coupons and definitely apply it to your purchases, we usually get a free 2 liter for a purchase of $ 30 without even mentioning a coupon! and pay special attention to the woman as you order, she seems to know what you want before you order it. the only real downfall is sometimes it can take a while, if you complain about it they are a little reluctant to offer anything but eventually do. I have only had one time when it took so long we had to say something, but other than that I have gotten accustomed to a wait and I think its worth it.

I was definitely not delighted… the chicken pieces were very small and of slightly better quality than something you would buy at Ralphs. The BBQ ribs were very small too. The one good thing is that they do deliver and did it in the time that they stated. It is ok food I you are at home with a fractured arm(as I was) and feel that you need to drive your cholesterol level up a few notches and don’t want pizza.

Seems like the late night delivery places are fewer and far between lately. Chicken Delight deserves one star for delivering until 1AM and another for its barbecue pork spareribs. The meat falls off the bone and is delicious. If you order one thing, order this. My husband didn’t like the original recipe fried chicken but I sure did(it was greasy, scalding hot and jucy). Unfortunately, the desserts, pizza, rolls and fries and other things we have tried all seemed prepackaged/frozen, although they put a lot of fresh veggies on our vegetarian pizza, which made it better. Also, our corn has been overcooked and the stuffing just looked inedible, so we didn’t try it. A pizza, some kind of combo meal with ribs and two desserts cost $ 30 including tip for delivery. The first time we ordered, delivery was very quick and the food arrived piping hot, but the second time it took longer.
