I worked with Chef Leigh for a small dinner party over the holidays. Chef Leigh was wonderful! I couldn’t have asked for anything better. My guests and I thoroughly enjoyed the evening and everyone raved about the food. Every course was so tasty, fresh and healthy! Chef Leigh was extremely personable as well, so there was plenty of great conversation to go along with the excellent food. Overall, a very memorable evening!

Chef Leigh made my boss’s birthday so wonderfully special! We ordered a Surf and Turf dinner for two for his wife and him. The house smelled amazing all day while she worked in the kitchen! They LOVED the food and ate every bite! Leigh is a lovely person. We truly enjoyed her company. After dinner, we threw a last-minute party for 30 of my boss’s friends. She helped us set things up, though it absolutely was NOT expected of her. Chef Leigh goes above and beyond to create unforgettable memories. Thank you SO much!

I almost NEVER write reviews, but Chef Leigh literally is a lifesaver!!! I had scheduled a dinner party with a buffet for 38 people. The person who had been cooking and catering my parties for years called and told me she was going in rehab three days before my party. Naturally, I was happy for her deciding to get help, but felt like I was going to lose my mind. Chef Leigh was recommended through a mutual friend, who had attended a dinner party Chef Leigh had catered 2 weeks earlier. I called and told Chef Leigh my plight, and she couldn’t have been sweeter. She assured me everything would be okay. I told her I wanted exotic Italian and American food. She didn’t flinch when I told her 5 of the guests were vegetarians; and 2 of them were vegan. Chef Leigh created a delicious sumptuous menu that my guests, including a high profile client, were raving about the next day! There was not a morsel of food left after the party. The desserts were so delicious with a spectacular presentation. They were almost, but not quite, too beautiful to eat. I only wish my former caterer the very best. Chef Leigh will be the only person doing ALL my holiday, and party catering!

I worked with Leigh to do a party for a Girls Night; It was at one of the ladies homes. We planned the menu — salad, sides, dessert — fish as a main course. Everything was out of this world — fresh and well prepared. Guests were so pleased with the choices. We watched her cook and serve. Just delightful. One of my friends has her prepare food for the week so she doesn’t cook and it’s just delicious also.

Not only is Chef Leigh a wonderful person she is also an amazing chef. I attended a holiday party that she catered and was so impressed with her cooking(pan seared salmon with dill sauce, melt in your mouth prime rib, etc.) that I asked her to help me plan my husband’s 50th birthday party for 50 guests. I gave her a theme: A Feast For the Senses. I also needed Vegan and Gluten Free options. She came up with the perfect menu. She does all of the shopping, brings everything with her, cooks in your own kitchen, coordinates the service and provides storage for leftovers. She makes planning a catered event easy.

Leigh was absolutely wonderful – if you need someone to go the extra mile and be open to an adventurous evening, book her immediately! I reserved Leigh’s talents to cater a Valentine’s Day surprise for my husband… a romantic dinner for two, with a catch. The surprise took place«off-the-grid» at the top of a mountain on private property overlooking Malibu, in a restored vintage Airstream trailer, with a tiny stove/oven AND the last ¼ mile was up a washed out dirt road. Not a problem for Leigh! Brad and I felt like we were dining at the finest french restaurant at the top of the world! She served a complete four course meal: Salmon w/cream fraiche appetizer, french onion soup, broiled loin lamb chops(seasoned to perfection!) served with a sweet potato purée and french green beans w/pancetta…and for desert, chocolate dipped strawberries! All of this on a tiny 3-burner gas stove w/an oven the size four shoe boxes! WOW! She was such a champ that she had no problem meeting me and transferring all of her food and equipment into my Range Rover for the trek up the last ¼ mile! AMAZING! The best experience I could have imagined!
