A great find if you are looking for an accessory or fashion that is imported, chic, unique, and affordable! I have purchased women’s leather bags, men’s leather briefcase, jewelry, and wardrobe accessories(scarfs and jackets) as gifts that look more expensive and definitely current or fashion-forward! The owner is Italian a good shopper with a discerning eye, and loves most things Italian! The customer service is friendly and professional, and store personnel make you feel like you are a member of their family! They really seem to care what you buy and not just care that you buy! It is the kind of customer care you expect from a chic, petite boutique. Find out for yourself! Steve Mathis

CH Boutique is a European boutique located in a very popular area, Larchmont Village in Hancock Park. It’s owned and operated by an Italian woman who personally selects the merchandise on frequent buying trips to Rome, Milan, Bologna, and Florence. She takes the time to help the customer with their purchases, it feels like you have a personal shopper when you shop in this store. She carries leather purses and clothing, high quality but reasonably priced compared to other Los Angeles stores that carry imported merchandise. For people that like shopping where celebrities do, well this is one of those stores. My favorite items she carries are the beautiful scarves from Italy and India. This place is also popular for their handmade costume jewelry from France, Italy, and Israel. A lot of gift items such as hand-painted jewelry boxes.

Excellent quality products and friendly staff. Everything I got from here is still in great shape today, and I wear it all the time.

This boutique has women appeal, «leather goods» costume jewelry, and collectables… Everything has been in that store forever. Overpriced«designer inspired» bags that are cheap quality. And dresses you could find anywhere… Very bizarre owner and her assistant are always there… Just a strange experience in all. Never see anyone purchasing things at this store. I have no clue how it it still open.

I just stepped in this store a few hours ago. Although I didnt buy anything, I was impressed on the material. Its stamped made in Italy Leather products. The quality is excellent! The reason why I am giving it 4-stars? It’s not that bad since it is Italian Leather. For people doesn’t know the brands they carry like me, and with prices between $ 100-$ 1000, I would like to buy handbags that I know of. Their goods are priced at the range of mid-branded items but designers are not known. Like Michael Kors, Gucci, Burberry, etc. People who wants for a gift or just for keeps, it is worth buying one. You wont get a quality like theirs for lesser value than Louis Vuitton or Celine, If you don’t mind the brands. For me, i do resell my stuff that I wont be using so if the designer is not known, its hard to resell. I would love to buy luggages and weekender bags here. Durable and Strong. Overall, i will think of going back and visit from time to time and check what they have.

I bought a porcelain candle. It was then put into the two shaped foam wrapping sides that it was shipped in from the manufacturer, put into the original box and then gift wrapped for Valentine’s Day. When my love opened the box and pulled the foam wrapped item up from the box, it opened up at the bottom because of the weight of the candle, fell out because the styrofoam was not taped around it and shattered. I brought it back and explained what happened. The owner refused to do anything about it even though I was content to have a store credit. This is a neighborhood store that primarily serves Hancock Park and Windsor Square. The item probably cost her no more than $ 20 wholesale. For $ 20 she lost this customer, who patronized the store for years. The owner has no common sense or sense of customer service. I will never return and I advise others of her insensitivity and obstinacy about making the customer happy. She has too much competition to be so stupid.

My wife is a collector of Wee Forrest Folk miniatures. We come to CH Boutique because of the fantastic service we receive from Lyudmila. While there are other establishments that carry these collectables which are much closer to where we live and work, the service we get from Lyudmila is what keeps us coming back to CH Boutique.
