Their lengua is so tasty! I’ve been to so many taco trucks but this is the best lengua I’ve had ever!!! Today was my first time trying Cemitas poblanas. I happened to be going to northgate Gonzales on Inglewood between culver and Braddock and to my luck there was Cemitas poblanas. I got two tacos… parked and ate them. Went into northgate, got everything I needed for my crockpot dinner and I couldn’t help but to go back to the truck and buy a lengua burrito it was freeking incredible! The green super spicy avocado salsa is amazing as well! I’m in love. The gentlemen who takes your order is kind :)

They have good decent prices, But the meats have way too much salt, even the beans. I couldn’t hold it down and felt like vomiting, too much sodium.

After hitting a round of golf at a nearby golf course, my friend and I were hungry so we walked over to this taco truck. It was a bit further than we anticipated but we worked for our food! I ordered 1 carne asada taco and 1 al pastor taco. It came with a few pieces of tortilla chips and a side of green salsa. It was decent. I preferred the asada over the al pastor. It’s 1.25 per taco so it’s pretty cheap! They didn’t have any chairs setup for eating so a lot of people were just standing and eating.

If you like food trucks then you know they are not all the same. This guy is the son of the owner and runs a good truck. The mini tacos are $ 1.25 and the carnitas ones are delicious. The green sauce is really good too. Mi gusta!

As a New Yorker all I’ve ever wanted was to go to Cali and experience getting food from a Mexican food truck. This place did it for me! By far the BEST Mexican food I’ve ever had in my life! The prices were great! My friends and I were so full but just kept eating! If I lived in Cali I would probably eat at this place every single day! This place MADE my California experience.

Stopped by on a Monday at noon to try out the famed $ 6 cemitas Pollo Milanesa. There was a line of 8 – 10 people ahead of us, and the wait time was approximately 15minutes. They saran wrapped the tray, which includes the cemitas, a whole grilled serano, and a handful of chips, which was convenient for non-messy travel. The cemitas consisted of a nicely toasted sesame seed bun which was roughly 8″ diameter filled with a generous amount of avocado, some sort of shredded cheese, a spicy chili sauce, and crispy breaded chicken. Warning of caution regarding the chili sauce – I love all things spicy, and I had a moment of burning sadness that I fought through to polish off the rest. Overall, it wasn’t the best sandwich I’ve had, nor was it the best Mexican truck I’ve frequented, but it was a solid filling meal for a very decent price.

I had eaten off this truck a couple of times(out of convenience — it sits in front of the Von’s and CVS that I most often frequent) and wasn’t impressed. I think I had Burritos twice and tacos once. My son said, «Dad — it’s GREAT but you have to get what they specialize in! It says „Cemitas“ right there on the truck. Get THAT. It’s outstanding». My boy knows his stuff. I have been meaning to do so for weeks and finally did two days ago. I had the Cemitas Poblanas al pastor and, man(or woman), it was DAMNGOOD! The size is substantial but more importantly, the flavor… mmmmm. Al pastor so flavorful, loads of melty string cheese, generous avocado and a wonderful salsa on a toasted sesame bun. How good was it? I just went again this afternoon! If you are over here on the Westside and hungry, stop by Sepulveda Blvd right near the corner of National Blvd. At six bucks, get a couple and have the other one for dinner.

This truck serves awesome cemitas: once you’ve had one you’ll never need to eat another torta. Comes with meat(I recommend milanesa de res/pollo and carnitas), oaxacan cheese, salsa, avocado, grilled onions and _papalo_(legit!) on a sesame seed cemita bun. Would have given 5 stars if they made their own horchata.

$ 5 Burrito? Sure… why the heck not… They stop right in front of my workplace, didn’t bring lunch one day so I stopped by to get a chicken burrito. no matter how many times you tell them you don’t speak Spanish and talk to them in English they will continue talking Spanish with you! Burrito tasted decent. not the best, but it was good enough for that day… Need to try their burger I’ve heard its really good! will report back once I don’t take lunch again!

Trying to justify a stop in Anawalt for overpriced hardware and underwhelming service? Well wait no more! This burrito truck outside balances your bill and your belly. The carne asada burritos and tacos are fantastic, as well as the carnitas and menudo. They also have nice pictures of burgers and cemitas on their truck mural, but I can’t say that I’ve taken that plunge yet

The tacos here are very good. I got 3 Asada tacos and the perfect amount of spice. I would highly recommend!

I work right around the corner from the cemitas truck and have gone many times. The food is tasty and portions are big. Prices are cheap. Definitely give it a try instead of la salsa. Service around noon is a little slow with a lot of orders, but worth it.

Best food truck I’ve been to in a long time. Cemitas are $ 6, the double cheeseburger combo(burger+fries+can of soda) is $ 5. So much better than the other options in the area for lunch hour(aka La Salsa and a donut store). I recommend getting anything there… with everything on it. Skip the chipotle sauce that comes on the cemitas if you’re sensitive to spicy food(I’ll take it, though). At 4pm, the parking restrictions for Pico blvd kick in, so now they move over to Bentley st for a few hours.

I live dangerously close to this place. The burritos are GOOD and were surprisingly large! $ 5 for a whole lot of taco truck burrito-y goodness. Me gusta. It’s a little spicy though — the boyfriend couldn’t eat it – so watch out!

The Cemitas Pollo Milanesa is seriously one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! The bread is huge, but not super thick, so you can taste the crispy fried chicken breast strips, avocado, and ton of quesillo! I’m a huge cemitas fan now, I think the torta will never do it for me again.
