This is a unique-​looking studio with plenty of natural light and good views of Los Angeles. The rates and reasonable and the owners are accomodating.

modeled here for LA fashion week. The venue was a lot smaller than I expected but it has a great white wall for studio shots and a cozy back area where it’s great for hair/​makeup/​styling. The people there are also very accommodating.
It is definitely in one of the sketchier parts of LA so be sure to lock your car up, don’t walk there at night, and carry a pepper spray… or two.
But the inside of the building is really nice and cement studio, being on the 11th floor, has an incredible view of LA and really good lighting
