Great selection and awesome prices.
Staff provides great customer service. Jackie and Carina is always very friendly and helpful!
The reason why I give a 3-​star is one of the boss’ attitude.
Some of the items I’ve purchased was damaged, so I would like to exchange it with the same one.
I was asking them politely if it’s possible to do that. The boss refused, and starts yelling at me that I don’t need to buy it here if I wanted an exchange. I wasn’t pushing them, or trying to make an argument about it.
Now, every time I went back, he’s still giving me a stink-​eye. Especially when I ask the worker for assistance.

Notably, this store offers items identical to the competitor’s at much cheaper prices. Ribbons, feathers, beads, and just about anything you would possibly need to make your own party favors (wedding, baptism, First Communion, etc.) The store is smaller and much more difficult to navigate around but it’s worth it.

Wow! Everything here was really cheap. Came in initially just to compare prices for stuff for a party, but decided to buy on the spot when I saw the price. Thought they might have made a mistake or something.
I talked with Jasmine (one of the ladies working there). She was really nice and helpful. Great experience. Will be back for more.
