Casa Blanca Truck

So the car wash here in Reseda has some type of fundraiser that involved getting 4 food trucks to come out on Saturday night and get people to notice the location (I’m assuming) anyway this truck was the only one with no customers so OFCOURSE that made it that much more interesting to me :+) didn’t know it was Morrocon food till I obviously got close enough to read what the truck said. NEVER had this type food before so I really just wanted my taste buds to go on a little taste adventure. Didn’t know what the hell to order so I asked the people in there to suggest something for a first timer. The young lady was soo nice (slim, dark hair, glasses) she smiled and patiently explained in lame terms the difference between the two chicken choices I had. OK to get to the point I went with her suggestion and got the «kush kush chicken with raisins» can’t spell it right so don’t judge me! Shiiiet I write it like it sounds. So anyway I’m not a fan of SWEET foods as in the actual meal (if that makes sense to anyone) so I was really just going by what my gut told me. Before I took my order and left I was offered a drink by the BF and the young gal suggested the Raspberry lemonade. So the verdict??? FREAKIN BOMB!!! WOOOHOOOOO :-) popped my cherry on that food and it was good! They added that one hot sauce they give you at most of the Chinese spots and it was a total crash of sweet and spicy which I NEVER do but it wasn’t bad at all. I mean seriously I couldn’t believe my taste buddies were loving every bit of it. Sorry peeps don’t know how much it cost cause I didn’t pay attention but I’m assuming it was reasonable since the BF didn’t complaint. Anyway I def say TRY THEM OUT! let your taste buddies have a vacation from the everyday things :-) I LOVE FOOD! And for sure this was a good cherry poppin experience :+) o yes and the lemonade was reaaaaally good too. O yea they also have Burger and fries LOL just saying

This is the 2^nd time I’ve eaten Moroccan food. I ordered a burger with fries. It was $ 8 total. The people in the truck were so friendly and appreciative of my business. When I got the food, it looked like a regular burger and fries. When I bit into that burger, it was not regular burger. The seasoning in the meat was delicious and the fries were well seasoned too. The flavor was what made it so good. Next time I see their truck, I will try the seafood pastilla. I can’t wait!
