yoda loves!
full of treasures. loved the nervous system collection that was 3-​d printed designs for a ring and necklace in plastic or also available in metals. if i had bigger feet, i would hunt for the shoes as well. the leather belts are highly crafted although the clutch collection needs a bit of work. nicely curated with some older woman gallery clothes peppered in.
friggin’ hilarious cards found here — wish i had more friends to mail them out to.
great customer service and great spot to check in for gifts either for yourself or gal pals.

I love supporting local designers in L.A. Carol Young’s clothes are comfortable, fashionable, original, and her fabrics are awesome. Darling accessories, including a unique array of candles by an artist. Great destination in Los Feliz.

How many times have I walked/​driven past this place and had no idea it was one of my best friend’s favorite designers — whose dresses I secretly coveted. Well now I no longer have to covet hers because all it took was a visit from said friend and now I have my very own dress. Carol Young uses this wonderful (eco-​friendly!) crinkly material that is awesome for travelling because you can literally scrunch it up into a ball and stick it in its bag. The dresses in particular are also extremely flattering pieces. She also carries some really cool jewelry and accessories. So glad I’m enlightened now.

Hey Adriel L, good move for your girlfriend! That seriously was a clever choice bc you cant go wrong for being original and pick a beautiful piece by Carol Young for a gal. I went in last week with my friend, just browsing and saw lots of cute stuff. Sorry, didnt carry the dough and wasnt planning to shop that day, but I’m going back to see what else they’ll put on the racks someday soon. Boutique shopping is totally fun, but its especially great when you take your friends along. They had really nice winter suit pieces and wool skirts. Until next time!

I’m not a clothes guy by any strectch of the imagination but this girl knows fashion. I dropped by her HQ in LA with a friend of mine and saw the most amazing pieces. Simple, efficient and beautiful. I bought a couple of items for my girlfriend and she loved it! You can’t go wrong with Carol Young!
