I hired this company to cater my organization’s holiday party this past December. The food was incredible! There was a good variety of hors d’ oeuvres and mini desserts. And everything tasted wonderful. The guests were raving about how good the food was. Thank you, Kelsea & Jamaal!!!

Amazing Food. Great people! The incredible Changing cheeseburger is a must! Want to fix a stressful day? Go for the Oreo cookie surprise. Super Hungry? Go Dumburitto. Satisfies any hunger. Usually find these guys around Burbank and Noho. Look for the Carnival Food Truck with the Red and Yellow Stripes. You can’t miss it. And you shouldn’t pass it up.

Great food at this truck. Well themed menu. A must eat is the bbq pulled pork grilled cheese sandwich. Make sure you grab you a bite, when you see The Carnival Truck. Your mouth and stomach will thank you.

I recently had the Carnival Truck come out to an event I was hosting and wow!!! They did a great job! They came early to setup and effectively delivered food to my guests so they weren’t left waiting very long at all!
And the food was delicious! On the unhealthy side? Sure, but what do you expect from Carnival food!!! Delicious American foods fried in all ways, and when one of my guests asked if they could combine their deep-​fried Oreo dish with the Deep-​fried Twinkie dish, with no questions at all, the primary chef of the Carnival Truck deftly complied and provided my guest in his words, «The most astounding dessert in his life!»
Make sure to check these guys out if you are in the mood for some delicious Carni food, at great prices!

Had their frito taco thing last Saturday night, as well as some of my sister’s burrito and some of my nieces fried pickles with the special sauce. All of it was super yummy, kinda addicting. I look forward to the next time they come around!
PS: Fast service, nice people and reasonable pricing. They have fried Oreos and Twinkies, which aren’t really my thing but I know other weirdos that like it so I thought I’d mention it :) Thanks Kelsea!

The food is amazing, their Frito Taco was just what I needed, something healthy with tons of flavor. It was very much made with quality and fresh ingredients.
The deep fried Twinkie and Oreo was fried to perfection, crisp and light. Best Wild Food I have ever had! I kept hearing the rave over the deep fried pickles so that is for the next time!!!
I see on their FB page they are whipping up more healthy items, I can not WAIT!!! Finally a truck in LA that I am excited to see on the street :)

Got a frito taco! It was really good! Was expecting the traditional taco but wound up getting this amazing frito taco! Service was great! Friendly staff and good what more can you ask for?
