I am very surprised to see how well this pharmacy was rated, because my experience was not good. I attempted to return an unused ace bandage and cold pack and they simply refused saying the items were used which I assured them they were not. Even if they were to take them back they take a 20% restocking fee. In addition the cashier was rude and dismissive. I hope my credit card company has better luck but I will not go back even though I work across the street.

The only pharmacy in Los Angeles that carries adderall XR in stock. Can be filled same day. You must have hard copy of prescription. This pharmacy is a life saver!

Swung by to pick up a few hospital recommended items for patient’s discharge. In my experience hospitals and campus pharmacies have always been great and reasonably priced(we’ve had a lot of purchases at hospital pharmacies and I work at a university). This one is overpriced and they have a horrible return policy of 7 days and a 20% restocking fee. I discovered the return policy whe I went to return two items 11 days after my purchase date. They did return one item(with the 20% restocking fee) but I was told to contact the manufacturer for the 2nd item because it didn’t work and I no longer had the packaging(understandable, but frustrating). One item I picked up was a mid level blood pressure machine, the high grade model(same brand/machine) was $ 20 cheaper at Target! And to top it off, we were referred to this pharmacy by a UCLA hospital staff person after I asked them how their pricing compares to Target! Overall, I was incredibly disappointed with the limited items available, high pricing and return policy. I highly recommend you walk a couple blocks down to Target or CVS.

In the 100 building of the Ronald Reagan buildibg the pharmacists here work extremely hard to get scripts filled as quickly as possible. I’ve never seen them request a number. Where did that come from?

If you have a choice, don’t use this pharmacy. You don’t just wait for your prescription like in a normal pharmacy. After you wait in line the first time, they give you a number. Once they’ve called your number they can talk to you about whether they have the medicine and then fill it for you. I’ve never waited less than an hour. But CVS and Rite Aid will do it in less than 20 and they’re less than a block away. The Ralphs pharmacy nearby is also good and is 24 hours.

This is my first time at Campus Pharmacy. I was sent here by my insurance company and was very weary on the service that I would be receiving. But the service I got was GREAT! They were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The pharmacist really made me feel comfortable and that he was competent. They got my special meds on time without mixing up the prescription. I will be getting my meds from this pharmacy on a recurring monthly basis.

Been getting my meds from here for 10 plus years… definitely not the cheapest place, but they have it together — never mess anything up and offer delivery service as well.
