Camellia Catering catered our Mardi Gras party and did a wonderful job. The gumbo was amazing, a sparkling kale salad and a healthy sweet potato chocolate cake were exciting additions. It was all delicious, but to top it off was the brilliant decorating; she transformed my house into a French Quarter fantasy. It was a lovely experience for all.

Far beyond our expectations. Camellia created dishes with delicious twists just for us, a steak with phở au jus & a saffron aioli lobster roll, things that represented our backgrounds.(I’m from New Hampshire originally and my husband is from Iowa). The staff were totally on top of it, gracious and easy on the eyes to boot. We were able to afford the luxurious wedding of our dreams on a budget. We are so grateful to Doan, Camillia’s founder, who is a talent with a generous heart who saw to all our wants and needs.

Camellia Catering is amazing. Doan is a true talent in the kitchen. My fiancé and I asked for a two very different cuisines: Vietnamese and New England locavore and she came through miles above the rest. The quality of the ingredients that she sources and flavor combinations she came up with were not the typical cookie-cutter, uninspired wedding fare. No bruschetta here! I’m sure if you did want bruschetta though that it would be off the hook. She’s fantastic to work with and a real artist in every sense of the word. She’s also a talented filmmaker(catch her film on Netflix) and wonderful communicator with an eye for detail and event production. All skills every caterer should have! Go with Camellia, you won’t regret it for your special event or The Big Day.

My friend used Camellia to cater their wedding, and the food was the most amazingly delicious, innovative food I’ve ever had catered! We had delectable saffron lobster rolls, lemongrass chicken lettuce wraps with peanut satay dip, and a succulent steak entrée with a ‘phở’ flavored au jus. Then for late night there was this cute New England theme of fried clams and chips(fries), followed by a sweet ending of salt caramel cupcakes and strawberry tarts! So good!
