Never get seen on time, despite making an appointment and showing up early. It took me two visits to decide I need to find another office. A shame too — the doctors here are so nice and helpful.

My new HMO plan assigned me to a doctor in this group and it is by far the worst medical group experience I’ve ever had. I was absolutely astounded by the lack of professionalism and care I received at that place. On average it takes 2 months to get an appointment. Like the other poster said, if you walk in then expect to wait 3 to 4 hours. They claim to take walk in patients, but the way it works is you get seen if a scheduled patient cancels or no shows. So they tell people to show up as early in the day as possible to wait around on a first come basis for a slot to open up. I had some tests done earlier this year and called about a week after to follow-up. It took the doctor 3 ½ weeks to return my phone call, and that was after I left 2 more messages. In appointments, the doctor was dismissive and rude. Every single time I’ve been at the front desk or appointment desk, the person helping me was texting while checking me in. Multi-tasking is a great skill, but texting while a patient is standing in front of you is rude and unprofessional. The people at the appointment desk/line have been consistently rude whether in person or on the phone. I could go on, but suggest avoiding this place especially if you have insurance and other options.

This clinical was pretty good a few years back. But now, very bad. If you don’t have an appointment you are expected to wait about 3 to 4 hours. And if you have one you are lucky to get seen in hour. Reception personnel are to into there cell phones and socializing with each other. When you eventually see the doctor you get to see him or her for no more than 5 minutes. Are they concern about your health? «Hell No»
