Fresh and very healthy food. Everything is good here… IMO the best one is the Chinese Chicken Salad. Very reasonably priced. You can get a lunch for 2 for around $ 20. Don’t let the word«salad» fool you, they serve it in a really huge portion and 1 plate can serve and fill 2 people. The only that that sucks about this location is the shit for space parking lot. There’s 6 spaces max in the plaza of 4 stores.

I love rotisserie chicken ! A friend brought me here for lunch and I absolutely loved the food. I ordered the combo wrap. The portions are generous– and the chicken is very well seasoned. The ingredients are also very fresh. They make their own green salsa which is not too spicy and goes great with their chicken. It’s a bit pricey for a wrap my wrap was $ 9.25 with no drink(good thing I am water person) but HEY! you get what you pay for. This place is busy we had to find parking down the street. Great for groups. Overall good spot.

Such sweet workers and portions are giant. I ordered the option where you can choose 4 toppings, 1 choice of protein, and a side for $ 10.75+tax The ingredients were fresh, whole wheat pita was soft and warm, and the white meat was tender and seasoned. I chose the seasonal fruit for my side which was a very small cup of few chunks of pineapple and melon, I would probably recommend getting one of the pastas. Overall, its quite a filling and fresh meal– however I think most of their highlights were probably the other dishes/wraps!

Been eating CA chicken café since 2002 or so. We used to order to the office from the Sherman Oaks location. Their wraps are fantastic and big enough to split between meals unless you’re real hungry. Their spinning chickens are pretty typical but definitely quality. Love the combo wrap, the Primavera wrap and the caesar wrap are all solid choices. Their side broccoli pasta is great as well as the hot potatos but they tend to get soggy during delivery. Best eaten at the location. Now, the one negative. The layout and parking of this hollywood location is a nightmare. There is never parking due to it sharing the lot with other business’s when CA Chicken Café alone could fill the spots. Parking on the street is your best bet, beware the signs on Melrose. The layout of the restaurant itself is tiny, with the condiments, soda machine, and napkins/silverware being literally to the side of the kitchen itself. I’m not quite sure how that got passed the city inspectors/permit folks. Its a very cramped uncomfortable space that you likely will be sharing with a stranger, tables included. Love their food though.

Quite simply, good, quick food. BUT Whenever I order pick-up, they say, «15 minutes.» When I show up 15 minutes later — it’s not ready for another 10 minutes!!! Pretty petty, but it’s sooo simple to estimate your order times. 4 times in a row this has happened. Having customers arrive on-time for their orders allows them to leave quickly, which will alleviate the sucky parking situation too. Parking there suuuuucks.

There’s a reason this place is ALWAYS crowded around dinner. The rotisserie chicken is moist and drips with savory goodness. There are a couple of good sides like the squash and roasted potatoes. The food is also super cheap especially compared to other restaurants in this area. 4 Stars because: 1. This is the only location without mashed potatoes. I’m not sure of the reason behind this because they have roasted potatoes. The only thing I can think of is that the kitchen is so small that they literally have no space where mashing could occur. Which brings me to the second reason for four stars. 2. This place is very tiny especially compared to their other locations. There are a decent amount of seats but they’re all close enough together that you’re practically touching elbows with the table beside you when cutting food. The drink refill station is also halfway into the kitchen area which seems sort of weird. Great to take out too.

How the heck did I not write a review for this place?! This is my regular spottttttt!!! Not a huge fan of their rotisserie chicken… BUT I always get the California chicken salad(no lettuce. My boyfriend got me into this I thought he was crazy at first but it’s so good w/out lettuce) with balsamic dressing. Everything about this salad(and I’m not into salads) is a well composed dish! The freshness on the bell peppers, carrots, tomatoes. The crunch from their pita croutons, to the tender chicken, and the creaminess from the avocado. I can eat this salad almost everyday! I also really love their Primavera wrap! Tip: Butternut squash side is a good one. Parking: horrible! You have to get super lucky in their small cramped parking lot or find meter parking.

This is one of my favorite chains. So fresh, so good! Primavera wrap on wheat with a side of Cesar salad. But truthfully, I’ve never had anything bad here. The parking is terrible tho or I’d give them 5 stars. Seriously a total of 10 parking spots and their shared with two other businesses. You Got to do something about that parking!

Another great and tasty place on Melrose. The wraps are superb. The salads are great. The sandwiches cool too. If you would like to enjoy a healthy and tasty option, definitely consider coming here. Parking can be a little tight in the lot, but you can find street options.

5 Stars for the Food. But I’m so irritated about their bull nutritional information on their website I’m knocking it down to 2 star(i was going to do 1, but my salivary glands started thinking about rotisserie chicken skin). Truly, your chicken is delicious, asian slaw and salads are awesome, but why can’t you share how many calories are in anything besides the broccoli soup? SUSPICIOUS. I’m guessing the mashed potatoes are really bathed in a vat of cream before they make their way to my plate… am I getting close? Besides the amazing food, the service kinda sucks — I’m looking at you, Encino. To go orders should be ready for pick up when you provide a time for pick up. If I place an order an hour in advance, show up, and still have to wait 45 minutes for a meal for 6 there is something seriously wrong with your managers organizational skills. But the food is so damn good. The aforementioned asian slaw, the garden salad with those pita chip croutons, shredded carrots and ranch dressing, even their tropical iced tea is magical. And of course the chicken — what the hell makes it taste so good? Are you injecting it with MSG before it gets to my plate? Seriously so good, it’s addictive. But back to the nutrition, your website claims that you don’t have to share info unless you have 20 locations, and tee hee hee, you don’t have 20 locations, so you aren’t sharing. Your nutritional info sheet is a joke. You offer the pretense of healthy food — make it healthy and tell us truthfully how it is — I want actual nutritional break downs, or don’t portray the restaurant as a healthy option. Let us know that you can have some tasty chicken treats, but only do it on a cheat day, because that ¼ chicken with a side of slaw and roasted potatoes is really the equivalent of a days worth of calories. I should know that going in, I’m better off eating fast food deep fried orange chicken and fried rice. Post the nutritional info and this review moves up a few stars.

I thought I already wrote a review for this, but I guess not, so here I go! 75 degrees out Thursday, 11.12.15 — nice! The boy and I decided to get our fitness on and headed north-east to hike Griffith Park. That was a mission on its on because he & I haven’t worked out in months. So now that Ive painted how our day started lets get to AFTER the workout. After the workout I became hangry. Thats right, hangry and baby knows what that means. Feed me pronto, so thats what we did. Ca Chicken Café here we come! Wanted something light and«healthy» so we ordered a Chinese Chicken Salad. If you haven’t been, their regular salad servings feed 2 easy, so we shared. So good! I had 3 slices of pita bread though. Hehe, there goes the healthy part. Well, it was wheat pita, soooo Im okay right? Love that place though. Its quick, delicious and savory. To top it off youre still choosing pretty healthy. All the muscle heads and gym rats eat there after pumping iron so don’t feel bad if you devour your whole plate. They do. Only thing that sucks is parking and at times can get a little over crowded. But busy is always good!

I’ve visited CCC three times now, first to dine in, and the last two times for take out, picking up a Chinese Chicken Salad. In terms of quantity and quality, they deliver on both. And for the price, this place is a home run. The chinese chicken salad is HUGE *Donald Trump voice* and is easily enough for a second meal as leftovers. Good for splitting between two people too. It comes with choice of bread — I usually get pita, which is always fresh, just like the salad itself. I opt for the dressing on the side — it’s fairly strong, so I like to control how much to pour on. Recommendation: you definitely won’t need all they give you. It’s super tasty, but you just don’t need a ton to make the salad sing. As for the chicken, well, it’s quite good. Always succulent and tender, easy to pull apart with a fork. Always leaves me wanting more. If you call ahead, you’ll be in and out in seconds. Unless there’s a line ahead of you, might have to wait a few. The parking lot is rather small, but hey it is Hollywood, beggars can’t be choosers. The line is kind of awkward since it’s in between diners, but it is what it is. It’s quite noisy and crowded inside. Not trying to knock it, but just something to consider. Not the best place for an intimate conversation or kicking back. A few too many tables crammed together and a constantly packed house means it can get a bit cramped. Overall, if you want an inexpensive, hearty, fresh, tasty, not disgusting-feeling meal, can’t go wrong coming here.

You really can’t mess up here. The rotiserie chicken is very good for the price. Manager is really nice. I always get the Chinese chicken salad. I like to switch the chicken it comes with for the hot rotiserie chicken and add avocado. The dressing is really good. I’ve had most of the sides and they are all decent. Most everything here is pretty healthy. I’ve had the Cesar wrap, half chicken and a few other things. Potatoes are really good. Can’t go wrong. It’s very casual and great for take out. It can get busy at lunch time.

Just like their Westwood Location, the Hollywood location offers freshly made salads and wraps. I come here quite often and never get disappointed with the quality of the food. California chicken salad is my go to salad(–pasta) with potatoes on the side. The dish is big enough to feed two people, or you can always take the half to go. The parking is always packed, so if you have the option to Lyft/Über or walk, take that route.

You can never go wrong with CCC. I’ve been a fan for years and this location is one of my favorites. I primarily stick to their wraps, especially the Veggie Rice Wrap but everything on the menu is pretty solid. Their roasted potatoes are divine, their basic garden salad with balsamic vinegrette is delicious and most importantly, their chicken is mouthwatering. Huge fan of CCC and will forever be loyal to them. Sidenote: The parking lot here sucks so stick to the street meters. That lot is TINY and massive SUVs like Range Rovers and Escalades just LOVE to squeeze into to the compact slots.

Mmmm answers for all my salad cravings hehe. They do salad really simple here and Ive had a bite of the both the Chinese chicken salad and ordered the Caesar as well. Both times the Salad was delicious and not too heavy on the dressing ! It comes with a pita and there is whole wheat wooo !!((: me and my fellow whole wheaties rejoice ! This place gets really really busy and parking is a pain so go a little early before anyone else(: The menu is quite simple and their chicken is moist and juicy(: Definitely will be coming back since the portion is huge and me and my boyfriend can definitely have dinner for only $ 10-$ 15 here !

I had the combo wrap with hot potatoes and squash as my sides. Everything was so tasty. The wrap was the best part. I actually ate the entire wrap in one sitting. I was stuffed after. The wrap consisted of chicken, avocado, jack cheese, mayo, lettuce and dressing. The favoring of it is great. I had the wheat pita as the wrap. The service is quick and easy. Order, sit down, and food arrives. The parking lot is a mess. It got to the point where people were making their own parking spaces which makes it difficult for other people to back out of make in through this tiny area. The area near the building should be blocked off from parking. Love the food.

I love you CCC!!! I always get the chinese chicken salad! And I love it!!! The only thing is when I order togo, I hoped that they would put the wonton crackers on the side so that they don’t get soggy. The salad is HUGE; I can eat this for 2 – 3 meals. Tip: if you like pita bread, ask for extra for no charge The parking lot is teeny! Better to just look for street parking nearby. The employees are all very attentive and helpful. There was a customer that spilled water all over the floor and they were quick to clean and mark the area.

Came here for a quick lunch and was not really impressed with the food or service. The parking situation sucks. The interior is small and there’s barely any space to move around. The ordering situation was confusing. This was not what I remembered CCC to be. Ordered: — Combo wrap with white pita. $ 8.75 The chicken wrap was just okay, a little dry. Too much pita. — Side of chicken pasta. $ 2.25 The chicken pasta salad tasted like undercooked pasta mixed with mayo and 1000 island dressing. Could make better at home… and it had a funny after taste. =( — Fountain drink. $ 1.50 The service was bad too, what’s up with the bad attitude? I guess they’re stressed from all the customers? Who knows! Anyway, I won’t be back here.
