Before going in to their office, I had lots of questions I needed answered. I wanted to make sure that they could help me out and answer my questions before I went in. I called and this lady named Cindy picked up the phone. Most of the customer service I deal with are not really pleasant to deal with. But Cindy was very nice and kind and answered all my questions. she was very patient with me and I didnt get any «attitude» from her. I had couple of questions that she didnt know the answer to, she said she will ask and call me back which she did. I was very impressed with her service.

It was such a relief to find this company. I went through so many hoops with the BKO process. The paperwork is insurmountable, then you have all the dates, and back and forth and everyone telling you something different. It was so comforting to let Angelica take the reigns. Bottom line is she knows her business and I will refer her (and the company) to anyone that should need them!

(4 ki goon) I was scammed out of $ 20,000 from CAKK UNITED, Chris Sua and his unscrupulous employees. Ask why Chris Sua acts, talks and make you believe he is an attorney. He will say he has an investment opportunities to buy houses, but don’t fall for his con. He took my money saying he’ll save my house, but instead of opening an escrow, he took my money and kept it for himself. He is under investigation for fraud. Do your investigation, why all 1 star reviews are being erased?

We all know meeting difficult deadlines for any one client (s) is difficult enough, dealing with all the outer and inter-​departmental procedures, but with the extra efforts of employees like Angelica A. there is success.
Her position is challenging to say the least. Her attention to detail, integrity and ability is greatly appreciated especially during times of extreme pressure. In addition the standard of excellence that is her trademark greatly impressed me and our client (s).
Words of appreciation are nice and they’re sincere but there are times when actions speak louder than words. She deserve acknowledgement as I/​we work with over 3,000 realtors in my 20 years and few hold what she brings to service.
