Had the club sandwich toasted. It was good, not the best in the entire world but definitely the best in the area for the price. Will be going back. Also they have boba!

I tired using the online system to order but when I arrived I found I out it was not working. No tvs were working so sitting in to eat wasn’t much option. Food was okay, nothing awesome. For 7.60 you can get a veggie pesto panini with a soup but in my opinion the portion are pretty small and I left hungry. The bread was good, the sandwich dry, and soup very oily and bland. It’s a good alternative to subway but I’d rather have a veggie Patty sandwich that will fill me up and taste decent.

I love this place! If you look for a quick and home-made style lunch, this is the right place. The best items here are salads and sandwiches. Salads are fresh and huge for the cheap price. They have many types of sandwiches and it also tastes really really good. Soup are not their strength but it’s just an additional thing to your order. I also recommend you trying the coconut bobba, it’s gooood! Teriyaki and KBQ plates are OK, not the best buy good size for the price.

I work right across the street so a co worker and I went over during our lunch break to check the place out. She ordered the bulgogi plate and I had the teriyaki chicken plate. They both come with rice, salad, and a soup. I thought my co workers bulgogi plate was pretty good but the teriyaki chicken was OK… could have been better. The soup however needs a lot of work. I had the chicken noodle soup… and it was watery and i did not see any chicken nor noodles in the soup!!!

This place is alright. My chicken breast panini was super bland. It wasn’t toasted. They forgot my boba. But, it’s cheap. And it’s still better than subway. This is the kind of place you eat at when you’re looking for something nearby, cheap and is not a fast food chain.

I eat here at least once a week. The food is always delicious, the service fast and the prices are incredibly low for quality food. My favorite dish is #16, the tuna with avacado sandwich. Get the special as it includes soup, drink and chips. It’s a quiet place in a busy mini-mall and thankfully they keep the TV off during lunch.

Nice, relaxed place to have a quick meal on the go. The Chinese Salad was very fresh, and the Spinach Soup was delicious. The staff was very friendly. And best of all, totally affordable. Overall, a very good experience.

I love coming here for lunch. The salads are fresh and delicious. I especially like the tuna salad– it’s big. The lasagna is another favorite if I’m super hungry. The sandwiched are very good too. I recommend the bread toasted. The owners are the best– super friendly and have never messed up an order. I usually pick up lunch for 5 people, so I call it in first, and they always get it right!

Honestly, the food here is nothing special by any means. Make sure to ask for your sandwich toasted though– or else you’re getting cold bread. However, it’s better than Subway, the prices are very very reasonable, and the service is fast so it’s a decent choice for lunch if you work nearby. Best thing on the menu is probably their beef bulgogi special

Been here several times and sandwiches taste fresh. From all the times I ordered here there was only one time where there was a lag in service but overall they are efficient and very nice. Love their tuna on multigrain bread. Come in and taste their sandwiches.

Usually always get the beef bulgogi meal in the afternoon, or the croissant sandwich in the morning. Can’t beat their prices with the quality of food they provide.

I work nearby, all the other places I’ve tried in the area have been overpriced or lackluster. Café Sicily offers healthy options with nice sized portions at great prices. Honeydew boba tea was awesome beef bulkoki was very yummy and the salad was I think the freshest lettuce and red cabbage I’ve ever had from a restaurant. The portion is a little large for me but I guess I shouldn’t complain about too much food huh? The owner is so nice and accommodating. I’ll be back!

I really wanted to like this place especially because the service was great. But… I can’t… I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki, and I was very disappointed at how processed and unappetizing the chicken was. It looked like the chicken used at Subway for the sweet onion chicken sandwich — processed chicken microwaved to order and drizzled with teriyaki sauce for finishing touches. I ate the brown rice for lunch and threw away the rest.

I’ve pretty much tried everything on the menu and it’s all sooo good. They get their bread from La Brea Bakery and the panini’s are perfect. If you want a good fill for $ 5, go for the korean bbq with rice. That’s such a good deal. Their salads are big enough for two but I eat it ALL… their chinese chicken salad with the sesame dressing is my FAVE. I’m not a big fan of their boba however but for the food, I give it a thumbs up!

I used to come here all the time because I worked near this place. I love their breakfast menu! Everything is pretty good, fresh, and customer service is always excellent. I saw today that they had expanded their menu to include new items, which looks pretty successful for them. I went back today after like 1.5 years of not coming here to just grab a boba. I got the black milk boba on ice and it was WAY too sweet. I was saddened to give this review because I usually like this place so much! My sister got the Taro Blended and that was pretty good, so maybe I just got the wrong thing. I think I’ll stay away from boba drinks from now on and just get their food. Oh and there is no free wi-fi, unlike what it says on Unilocal. 4 stars because of the food.

I stopped here on a Monday for lunch. I ordered the avocado tuna sandwich. It was $ 6+. It was okay. Lower grade tuna on low quality bread.

Came here for lunch today and I’d actually give it 3.5 stars if possible. It’s called Café Sicily, but it’s actually a Korean café. The place is small but nice and you order at the counter and they bring out the food for you. The cashier is very friendly and it doesn’t take too long for the food to come out. I ordered the turkey, bacon, and avocado sandwich on white bread which cost about $ 7. I was a little upset that they ran out of sourdough bread, but the white bread(they get all their bread from La Brea Bakery) was still good and fresh. Again I was disappointed that they smeared guacamole on the sandwich instead of putting actually chunks of avocado, but the sandwich was so delicious! The bacon was perfectly crispy and the turkey was good quality too. And the tomatoes, cucumbers, whole grain mustard, and guac were a great combo. For a café though, the drinks were just okay. My friend got the strawberry banana smoothie which weirdly tasted like a milkshake. I would definitely come back for a tasty sandwich or salad! And maybe next time I’ll luck out with a better tasting drink.

I won’t write a long review for this place because many words need not be used. Simply put, Café Sicily is a small, Korean-owned café that has a fresh, solid menu of sandwiches, salads, and rice plates. Their dessert menu of low-fat yogurt, smoothies, and boba/coffee drinks is definitely appealing, considering the hot summer we’ve been having! First time I dropped in, I ordered their bulgogi plate(marinated bulgogi atop a bed of rice) which includes a side of potato salad(a scoop) and a small salad(includes onions, carrots, spinach, lettuce, and sprouts) with dressing on the side. The potato salad is SO delicious I really wish they’d give an extra scoop. ;) And you have your pick of any salad dressing but I go with the sesame dressing because it’s light, sweet, and flavorful. The food, overall, is great. A lot of regulars come in to get the«usual» as they call it because we all trust that what we like will come out delicious! I also get a regular milk tea boba(sans boba) over ice. I ask Jinny(the owner) to make the drink a little stronger because I don’t like my milk tea too sweet and milky. I think she has my order memorized now. ;)(Also, because I don’t get boba with my milk tea, she actually fills my drink order up to a large size for the regular price!) I can’t ever finish both in one sitting, of course, but it’s still delicious hours later! Total: $ 10.91. Service, as mentioned on this page, is impeccable! I’ve seen so many regular patrons come in and talk shop with the owners for minutes on end. And it’s really a quaint little place that’s really growing on me. Wi-fi is free, and there’s plenty of seating to really enjoy some space. I definitely suggest you try this place out if you’re ever in the Mid-Wilshire area. I’m usually not a fan of Korean cafes but this one doesn’t even feel like it is one. It has a West LA vibe to it. ;) A lot of healthy options, too, so please come in and try this place out!
