Ordered C 2 Organics off of eat 24, took over 2.5 hours to get to my apt via delivery. There wasnt a discount applied, i wasnt offered a free credit nor an extra food token as a sorry this happened. i was only offered a call with a verbal apology that the delivery drivers didnt show up so they eventually sent it by Über. Super disappointing when you wait hours for food and its only okay. I wouldnt risk calling in. .. either go for pick up or go elsewhere.

This place utterly confuses me. My review isn’t even about their food, which I’d attempted to try twice unsuccessfully. The Friday before last, on the 3rd, I came by with a friend around lunchtime. We were eager to experience the organic, healthy cuisine everyone here on Unilocal seems to be raving about. We arrived off Cahuenga, into the alleyway and entered an empty restaurant only to hear yelling and crying. No one was available to seat us, or take our order, much less serve us any food… I don’t think anyone even knew we were there. Because I work in the area, I thought it wouldn’t hurt to try again. So I went by last week, just a few days later, but the restaurant was closed… Turns out(from Unilocal), it only opens in the evenings now. Also from the Unilocal comments here, it appears there was a snafu that Friday(4⁄3) of my first attempt — regarding a big order for some office workers that went awry. Apparently the head chef was not around to cook their food. I wonder who did? The asst chef? The bus boy? How bizzare. She then made huge promises about personally cooking thereafter, but now the place isn’t even open for lunch. I give up. Giving this place a neutral 3 stars because I honestly didn’t get to try any of their food and am giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Worst food experience at first. Blunt taste, horrible presentation, and overpriced. Then the owner/chef explained she was not there to cook for us this morning and apologized. She re made our whole team order. My maca latte tasted great and I can’t wait to try the rest of the meals she especially re-cooked for us. Thank you Andie that was really nice of you :)

This was a pretty decent place as far as organic goes. Chicken — Still a lititle dry but it came with sauce this time and tasted much better coupled with it. Mashed Potatoes — they were semi creamy and didn’t taste like sweet potatoes, so they were pretty good. Guacamole — Great guac, really homemade taste Overall, it was okay, may still be overpriced.

Bison tacos were not good. $ 9 for two fried corn tortillas, dripping grease, with a sprinkle of meat. Update: owner remade tacos and they were not greasy and included avocado. In addition, a friend had a smoothie and was very surprised by how good it tasted, saying it gave a great energy boost.

Thank the Lord I used a Groupon. This made it only mildly overpriced for the disappointing meal I had here. I got the«grilled cheese but it’s organic» with the added«superfood avocado» and heirloom tomato for a total of $ 12 for the sandwich. By the way it is not a sandwich. I wish that was written somewhere. I got it with their fancy«green bread» which was a big round ball of bread that they cut in half and melted a tiny bit of swiss cheese on with an itty bitty thin slice of tomato on top. That’s it. The avocado was not remarkable. The entire thing was not remarkable. I didn’t feel great after I ate it especially considering I just went somewhere with a groupon and ended up overspending anyway. There are other places to get organic food that tastes good in the same area(Locali on Franklin– what up). Save yourself the bummer on your day and go somewhere else.

Came for brunch the other day and had eggs on toast(with a side of guacamole) prepared and served by a guy with a cute accent :) It looked gorgeous and tasted great! Place was casual and chill. Food was organic, healthy, delicious. I understand they bake their own bread too. Nothing like freshly made goodness. Yumm!

I’m always on the hunt for Vegan restaurants. I was excited when I heard about C2 Organics from my friends. The Vegan Shepard Pie is Amazing! It was so tasty & made me feel full & satisfied after eating it. I was told it has at least 8 super foods in it. It made me feel great & gave me the energy I needed. I also tried the organic herbal aphrodisiac iced tea. I loved it. They even garnished it with little rose buds! The raw vegan cheesecake is heavenly. This place has great service. I recommend this place to anyone. Be sure to stop by here if your in the area.

I give major props to this place and the owner Andy who has dared put virtually every superfood I have ever looked for all over town and online in one menu to be available for our healthful dining pleasure in her one low key, hip outdoor patio environment. Right before closing Saturday night, my hubby and ventured into this hidden alleyway to discover the most generous-spirited, health-nurturing person I have met in a long time with an incredible malady-to-major recovery story to inspire you to try more of her tasty offerings. I had the soup of the day(heirloom tomato with other chunky veggies), tasted my hubby’s gargantuan potion of acai bowl — it was seriously one of the best, richest-flavored bowls I have ever had with extra superfoods to sprinkle atop the already densely apportioned dish – and my ½ Brazilian hubby totally says so, too! I meant to conclude my pre-juice-fast prep meal with her superfoods organic salad, but got tempted by her strawberry dessert and dove in b/c there was nothing added that was not a whole food(sweetened only with dates), which is my criteria during for my unprocessed food fast for Lent. Allow me to revisit my super filling salad… the greens, pleasantly sprinkled with goldenberries had 3 different salad additions I ordered and then one extra: the awesome hummus like eggplant-chia scoop, a heaping portion of vibrant magenta red spiked beets, and a mash of medicinal mushroom with apricot kernels. …talk about life-giving food! IF I EVERFOUND A PLACETHATSTANDSBYTHEADAGE… «Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.», THISISIT~ Hippocrates would undoubtedly enjoy C2 Organics. Caveat to those who have not developed an appreciation for food in it more natural form… you may find some of the offerings odd and maybe mushy, but if you stick to the more normal fare like bison burgers with truly grass-fed cowmilk cheddar cheese, or the wild caught fish options… or a veggie burger, you will be glad you avoided the commercialized eats most of us settle for as «food,» and be soulfully and nutritionally enriched by the visit… Super yum!!! …you just have to be willing to treat your body they way our convenience-driven society doesn’t allow much latitude for. Plus, EVERYSINGLEITEMOFFEREDHEREISORGANIC… if you know what that means in other restaurants, YOUWILLTOTALLYAPPRECIATETHEVALUEINTHEFOODHERE… THEPRICESFORWHATYOUGETUNEXPECTEDLYREASONABLE!!!(for example, my hubby’s acai bowl… think two times the usual size of one you get virtually anywhere else… was only 9 $ and came with a side of additional superfoods that are a pretty penny in any healthfood establishment!) Next time I will have to try the organic cocktails infused with various florals and herbs… Thanks, again, Andy!

C2 Organics is located behind a Cahuenga-facing building. You’ll find it on the right AFTER going through the alleyway on the South East intersection of Cahuenga Blvd and Hollywood Blvd. It is across from another alleyway where relics of an old artsy Hollywood bohemian community still exist. Plants and whimsy hang from the walls and colorful paints are all over the walls. It’s actually a really decent spot to hang out at! I’ll post photos for those who are confused about its whereabouts because coming here is worth it. As I was trying to find it myself, I was walking behind a businessman who was meandering around the alleyway, confused about where the café was after seeing the signs. If only he continued walking down the alleyway another 50 feet and turned a corner, he would have seen the owner popping her head out of the order window. I just shouldn’t have gotten an acai bowl; it tasted okay but was riddled with freezer burn and tasted like crunchy ice mixed with the acai. The owner put a lot of goji berries on top, she said ‘because it seems like you want a lot of berries’ and they were probably the best goji berries I’ve ever tasted. They were not the same dried, flavorless berry I so un-fondly remember trying a decade back and was like ‘wtf this tastes like the plastic bag they’re in.’ They didn’t taste like the plastic bag this time and had a slightly sweet taste and a bit of a tart punch — they tasted dry AND fresh, like a dried cherry with the texture of the leathery bits of a dried mango. I still think they are a big hype on the organic circus, but perhaps I lived a day longer to write this review so we’ll see tomorrow. Lol. I really, really like where they are located as a place to hang out at and might come here for just coffee with a friend. It should be more of a coffee shop atmosphere than a proper sit-down café but it is not up to me sitting by myself in a big empty café to make that change. I hope they stay open long enough to see that change. It was a shame that I was the only one there because I kind of got engulfed in a conversation between the owner and a potential craigslist roomie she was talking to — a fit and fabulous West Hollywood type gay. They seemed to bond over talking about ex-boyfriends and how slightly disheveled they both look.

This place is magic. Andy is a healer. The food is so wholesome — for your body and spirit. If i could eat here everyday i would! The quality of ingredients and the care with which the food is prepared is unmatched. Andy uses herbs, grass fed beef, & organic ingredients. You can taste the difference. And you leave feeling amazing. I feel like bits of my soul are healed with every bite. So far I’ve had the egg sandwich(amazing) & the beef burger(amazing. Take a look at pic) and also I’ve tried an assortment of her delicious desserts, the goji berry water, an incredible mojito & one day I wasn’t feeling so well and Andy made a really soothing, warm non-dairy(for me) latte of sorts w herbs sprinkled on it.

I found this stylish hidden gem tucked away in an alley on a Sunday afternoon, hungry on Hollywood blvd. I didn’t feel like eating random grub and was looking for some good, clean food. C2 Organics was the prefect place. I had a delicious bison burger between scrumptious homemade buns next to a tangy kale salad sprinkled with berries and all sorts goodies. I left the place energized and feeling good. What a find, highly recommended.

Great little spot! You tent to forget you’re nap close to Hollywood blvd. I started with a great smoothie. Banana, mango, acai, and coconut milk. The main course was the bison burger and fries! The meat was cooked medium. It was absolutely delicious. The seasoning along with the cheese and greens went perfect with the organic bread. The fries were also great. I used ketchup, only because in my head it’s a must when it comes to fries. But I’m sure they would’ve been just as good without it. Very well seasoned. Unfortunately I didn’t have room for dessert. Next time.

My husband and I found this place wandering around Hollywood before a show at The Pantages Theater and we wanted to try a new place so came here. I think we must have just selected the wrong menu items because it seems other reviewers are loving this place. My husband got the carrot soup which was the soup special that night. He asked if it was a big bowl which it was but it wasn’t filled up all the way so he was still hungry and had to steal a bunch of my fries. I got the grilled cheese with added avocado and the 5 spice fries. The fries weren’t anything special. They had salt and pepper but seemed to be missing the other 3 spices and they were also overcooked with many burnt ones. Although my husband loves the burnt ones so he was happy. The grilled cheese was an absolute disaster. It came on a homemade biscuit(I think that’s what it was but it could have been an English muffin). Whatever it was, it was rock hard and needed a knife to cut through. The cheese on top was Gruyère I think but there definitely wasn’t enough of it compared to how much hard bread there was. It was served with a side of honey mustard dressing which I had to use it all because of the dryness and hardness of the bun. Hands down the worst grilled cheese I’ve ever had. I did have a glass of the organic Chardonnay which was lovely, should have had to two to rinse down that awful sandwich. Unfortunately, we won’t be back. There are just too many good options near the Pantages for me to give this one another shot.

We randomly stumbled upon this tiny hidden gem in Hollywood while wandering around trying to find someplace to have dinner before our show at The Pantages. We wouldn’t have even known it was there if I hadn’t stepped out of someone’s way and happened to notice the banner hanging above the walkway in between two buildings. We stopped to look at the menu and since it boasted to be all healthy and organic food, we were quite intrigued and ventured down the dark corridor to this cute little courtyard with tables and chairs set up. The owner, Andie, greeted us and seated us immediately and brought us some of their Goji Berry Water, which was so refreshing! The goji berries were quite a surprise and they flavored the water nicely as well as being a fun bit of nosh(almost like boba). Our waitress wasn’t up to speed on the menu nor what was available, which was a bit disconcerting at first but once we learned that they had only been open a week, we forgave the confusion as we were very interested in trying out what they had to offer. We were so happy that we waited because the food was delicious! All infused with«super foods» — greens and berries that are so high in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and micronutrients, that they are considered«medicinal». They added wonderful flavors to the entrees we ordered, all of which were local, organic and fresh. Our only complaint was that the quinoa, chickpea and Brazil nut side dish was a bit bland but once they brought us some agave mustard sauce, we drizzled it on to solve that problem. My boyfriend ordered the bison entrée with the quinoa and superfood mushroom mash, which was delicious. I ordered the mesquite turkey entrée with the quinoa and the chia eggplant side, which was like an eggplant hummus infused with chia seeds — quite delightful. Our waitress left early and the owner, Andie, took care of us and told us all about her philosophies, the restaurant and its food, and how foods can heal or hinder our bodies. We loved her! Apparently, she adored us as well because she brought us dessert on the house: a delicious cashew-cream cheesecake with a Brazil nut crust and a raw coconut beet cake, which was very interesting. They are still in their«soft open» phase as of the time of this post but we highly recommend finding this little diamond in the rough of Hollywood and indulging in food that is not only good but good for you. We are excited to return!
