Busy Bee Housekeeping

I rely on Unilocal reviews for my selections and I hope you rely on mine for Busy Bee. I’ve been ill and I needed a huge, extended, gigantic, ultra-​deep cleaning and organizing. (When I needed a GPS to find the kitchen, I knew I was drowning.) I looked into many leads but hit the jackpot with Leona and Busy Bee Housekeeping. Leona and her crew are fabulous. They worked for 3 long days with courtesy, professionalism and determination to do a great job… and they sure did! They were totally accommodating and were mindful of recycling and helping me organize for donations. Their fees were extremely fair and they delivered far more than what they charged in hours and quality of work. You can’t ask for more from a team that’s so eager to please.
I don’t leave a lot of reviews but I wanted this one to really count. I’m a tough grader when it comes to work in my home. And, I wanted to balance another reviewer who was simply off base. He’s apparently left multiple reviews giving the same false story about buying a Groupon that expired, etc. Neither Groupon, nor Busy Bee work like that. And, no, I get nothing for writing this glowing review except the satisfaction of passing on a recommendation of a great cleaning company. I’m so pleased that I’ve signed up to have Busy Bee as my regular cleaning service. You might want to do the same.

I bought a Groupon for 60 bucks for 2 hours of house cleaning and couldn’t get a hold of them to redeem it. When they finally answered the phone they said they were too booked to make an appointment and they would call us back. They never did. We called about 8 more times leaving messages and talked to them once and they said they would call back again but never did. I called Groupon and complained 6 times and they kept saying Busy Bee would contact us but again they never did. The groupon expired and they still haven’t called back. They said they had too many groupons getting redeemed and were booked and couldn’t set an appointment. A complete lie. Don’t do business with these jokers. Complete failures.
