Burger King

The worst Burger King restaurant. The wait was extremely long 7 minutes waiting at the intercom while the employee tools me 4 times that he’ll be with me shortly, the Hispanic drive thru employee lied about my order and said it was directly off the grill though it was obviously microwaved and pushed the fact that he told them not to microwave the burger, then asked me to back up my car in the drive thru so he can get his time right to show that he’s doing his job, when her obviously wasn’t ! I normally give the benefit of the doubt, but today I just had enough of their poor costumer service and their lazy disrespectful employees. Only the black guy came to help to redo my and get my order correct. I’ll be adding names when I update my post tomorrow.

Came here for my folks, haven’t been to Burger King since High School. Big mistake! I’m ordering in drive thru and after every item girl keeps asking is that it. Geez. Let me get my order out first and I’ll let u know when I’m done! Then she attempts to start handing me drinks and I’m like can I please get cupholders. Worst part, I order onion rings and grab one and they were ICE COLD. I mean it’s one thing to be room temp but these were super cold. I spit it out and u turned to return them. Manager saw me coming and he’s like what’s the issue. I just say touch them and he hands them off to another lady who’s apologetic and states their heat lamp light is out. I state just refund them cuz the other food will be cold by the time you fry new ones and the COLD onion rings took the taste for them straight out of my mouth. She offered ice cream. Im like no thanks its cold outside. Then she offers fries and I ask whether or not they’re cold too since the lamps broke. She hands me a box of room temp fries. I decline, hand them back, and exit to the right!!! Please BK burgers, if heat lamps is how u keep your stuff warm, then you need to replace them as soon as they break! And even so it is used to keep things warm, those onion rings tasted like they went from frozen to defrost under that lamp and if you charged me for them I don’t want to hear excuses like that! Cold food should NEVER be served. Ever

The girl in drive thru was totally rude and when I went in to get my items she got a fake manager, and the two of them joined together at giving me my bag back with all the wrong items forcing me to go back in a third time… when my order was finally right I heard the drive thru girl yell out the B word to me… long story short, don’t go

The young African American girl working the drive thru. She talks super fast. And she’s rude af. Zero stars. I wanted to give her a piece of mind

This is the worst BK I ever been to… I lived in that area mostly all my life and used to hate going to this BK… drive-​thru takes FOREVER, inside is dirty all the time (don’t get me wrong, I’m ghetto and all but don’t places where I eat dirty)…I will drive far to another BK before going back to this one

Drive thru is fast here! Food was hot! And I took a bite before driving off! That whopper was gone before I got home. Good think I had coupon buy one get on free!

All I have to say is that this is the slowest drive thru in the USA

Now I hate to rate fast food chains but I had to today because this was an experience I will never forget. Not because of the bad, slow service I received but because of the ultimate ghettoness of the whole place. Not only that, I used to work at this place 20 years ago & it has degraded so much since then I just think it is really sad.
I am so sorry I did not go to McDonald’s instead but with my situation at the time the need was to get to food really fast & this place was the closest.
While I was ordering I could hear someone asking in the drive thru for a quote, «let me get a m****er F*ckin Whopper with cheese». Then the amount of homeless people inside didn’t help the situation as they watched me eat.
The guy at the counter was slow and obviously wasn’t being enthused by the minimum wage he was being paid. At least when I worked there I got it to you hot, fast & correct, this fool didn’t seem to care if you got it. I never thought I would get to even order after waiting for them to argue with a guy complaining about a coupon he wanted to use.
Ugh!
