I like this location a lot better then the Eagle rock location because there isn’t a lot of local homeless people hanging inside BUT somehow or another they almost always seem to mess up my order! How are you going to give me my French toast and not give me syrup? And it’s not the first time, it’s like the 4^th time. Or the time I got my whopper combo and it had 8 fry’s in the fry cup lol!!! Smh just take an extra 5 seconds of your life and triple check the order PLEASE

Waiting 20 minutes for your order defeats the purpose of eating crappy food. Never go here.

The worst customer service ever. Today we ordered $ 45 worth of breakfast. It was cold and the person who took our order was very rude and condescending. We decided not to return because the kids were hungry. What’s wrong with the employees at this BK? Why are employees here not being trained customer service skills? It baffles me that hey are working in this type of environment. Very SAD. I will never go back here again.

Most depressing bk ever… dont come here unless you want to be sad and eat crappy cold food. As of Jan 1 2014 use of gloves are required when preparing ready to eat food. This bk didnt catch on til October as the lady in the back never wore any gloves during the other 9 monts of the year. I have even seen their manager handle food after handling cash without washing his hands. He walks around the place like hes so important i get so irritated when the line is long in drive thru and people are waiting in lobby and he just walks around the back likes he BIG BoSS with important things to do. Worst bk. Ever.

We came through the drive-​thru for a big order for a bunch of people and I think they were very quick in that process. However, they did mistake two of our rodeo cheeseburgers for the rodeo chicken’s. But at least we weren’t MISSING any food. Taco’s were delicious too.

So they close at 11pm but no one is there to take your order at 830 kitchen was empty.. No wonder their profits are going nowhere, they’ve completely abandoned their business model, have it your way…

OMG this is the worst example of fast food I have tasted. First of all when an employee tells you in front of their manager that they never eat there that should tell you that you should turn around and run. DO NOT EAT HERE.
But being on a budget and since I had a coupon I decided to risk it. BIG MISTAKE. I ordered the chicken sandwich & it had several faults.
1. NO TASTE — Except for the taste of pepper it had absolutely no taste.
2. DRY & OVERCOOKED CHICKEN — It was like biting into the Baja Peninsula.
3. NO CHICKEN — Because it was so dry you were able to look at the layers of the chicken patty and I was amazed. The first layer was about 2 — 2.5 mm of breading, the second layer was 2 mm of chicken & then finally 2 — 2.5 mm of more breading. It was horrible. I quickly discovered the reason for the lack of flavor is because of the lack of chicken. It was all breading. THIS SHOULD NOT BE CALLED A CHICKEN SANDWICH. IT SHOULD BE CALLED A BREAD SANDWICH WITH CHICKEN FLAVORING.
I suspect that nothing will be done and that this local Burger King branch will continue to cheat its customers but local management should take a look at this branch’s store management, their local suppliers, how food is being prepared & staff attitude. It needs to change.

Terrible customer service how is this place still open!!! Where is their corporate and management doesn’t the company care about their image. Do they care about the customers at all? Zero stars!

This place is tooo slow which doesn’t make sense since it always looks empty! The salads we’re okay but not impressive, they looked poorly put together and sloppy.

Bad customer service. Very slow service. Makes me think they’re all lazy including the «manager». I’ll stick to McDonald’s.

This place is really slow. You would think because you go through drive thru it would be a quick in and out type of think. People here are extremely slow and they never have condiments

I only come her out of laziness, you see I live closer to this location VS the Eagle Rock location which is much better in many ways! Customer Service being #1 and this locations blows…
So if you’ve been to one Burger King you know what to expect food wise, so this review will strictly be for my FRIES list.

Now who doesn’t LOVE deep fried foods!, well maybe a few of you Vegan Freaks… BK claims for SatisFries «Big Taste» «40% Less Fat» «30% Less Calories» Sounds good right?!

WOW I thought they claim Big Taste? these are (((Horrible))) taste, flavor whatever you want to call it just isn’t there!
good idea but BK you just didn’t pull it off.

Slow service. Surprise this place is still open. Place is always empty, hardly any customers. This place does not get the same traffic as McDonalds down the Street. I prefer going to the Burger King in Eagle Rock, but I live close to this one.
The biggest complaint I have on this place is that the ICEE machine is always broken. I found out that they do not have an ICEE machine but they still advertise it. Isn’t this a form of Bait-​and-​switch? I will give this place no stars but Unilocal does not allow that.

I had lunch here after the normal lunch rush (1:30pm). Service was kind of slow (getting someone to take my order) but at least the food came out fast. The burger was tasty even though it was luke-​warm. The fries on the other hand were piping hot and had the right amount of salt. You could say it was the best of times, it was the worst of times.
