Don’t go to Burger King on Firestone and hooper general manager Omar first Brian came out of his mouth was it was 40 minutes ago I’ll reply do you have to live around the corner to order from this Burger King his next statement was it did not come from this Burger King then the gentleman at the cash register who help me told him yeah it did he just left here that was crazy called corporate office on that ass though

I arrived at the Burger King shortly before 11:00am. They still had the signs up for breakfast. My wife was at home with the baby waiting for a delicious croissandwich. The man at the counter agreed to take my coupons, but the manager said they stopped serving breakfast. If they had actually stopped serving breakfast, it wouldn’t have taken them another 15 minutes to switch to lunch service to make for the salty chicken sandwich that I had to bring home to my severely disappointed wife.

dont ever come here! id preferably much rather eat a bootyhole than this junk! if you buy food from here for your family, they will be disappointed and disown you immediately! your wife/​gf will cheat on you just for bringing her this trash! i swear to bob this is the worst. i dont know what it is, if its the monkeys working or whatever. but this is a sorry excuse for a bk! i cut myself just thinking about the food i received! ooooh and to add on to the sorry dumpster they call «burger king,» the inside is even worse! if you ever wake up and think «oh maybe today i want to be extremely disappointed» come here! just be warned people!

I will get to the bad that cost them the fifth and final star for this location after I say their food is fresh here, good & they have never gotten my order wrong & I always order special items (ie with or without something on my burger or to the side), I recommend dining in when not busy (don’t go when one of the near by schools let out), they are faster then the other BK’s at getting your order to you… Now the bad! No refills! At all! Can’t even pay 50cents for a refill! They will tell you that you’ll have to buy a whole new drink if you want more. honestly think its the WORST thing to do if you are a big fast food chain to not offer refills. Secondly is the area, I live a block away so I know what’s up but if you’re just a passer by I recommend the drive thru or be prepared to get hit up for money & food and annoyed by kids that parents don’t bother watching (damn cholas!)

This place sucks. They charge for refills n the soda machine is behind the counter. Makes me feel that the owners are greedy. Will take my money elsewhere. Oh yeah, the restrooms were closed to everyone. What kind of crap is that? Took my burgers to go. Noticed the meat on both of the double whoppers were mushy and undercooked. That’s disgusting! It was a big mistake going there for lunch. I will never go back there again!

Worse bk ever I got carded to pay for my food are you fucken kidding me I don’t even get carded to but beer to top it off the guy at the drive thru was a douche bag

I’m partial to this location as it’s the closest one to my house. Their service is good and my order is always right. I only use their drive thru so who knows what the dinning in experience is like. They take credit cards in the drive thru which is sometimes hard to find in this area.
