Burger King

Horrible. This BK store has just made me hate BK altogether. They obviously don’t care when making your food. Overpriced for horrible service and food. Great location but just not worth it unless you are really, really desperate. Im seriously wondering how this place has been around so long.

The customer service here is good. The people working here are always smiling and are friendly. They always get my order correct. If there is going to be any delay they make sure to tell you. The seating area is well maintained and clean as are the restrooms. There is plenty of parking in their private lot. Their drive through is very efficient.

Zero coordination at this place. Unfortunately it’s the only place around Kaiser where I can get my kid a quick order of fries. There’s usually over person running the drive through and two people running the dine in section. Today, the manager felt that TWO people were needed to take orders for dine in customers. With two people taking orders, that means that there is no one fulfilling orders. The kitchen is up to speed with getting the food out, but it will sit there for 10 minutes until the staff gets their circus act in gear. I had to wait 15 mins for chicken fries and regular fries when my chicken fries were out about a minute after I ordered them.
It’s not that hard and this is the level of service that everyone is demanding $ 15 an hour for? Yeah right, I’ve had quicker service from food trucks that have half the staff and far more items on the menu.

The food here is honestly not good. It’s not terrible but it just isn’t good. Honestly McDonalds is better than this place.

I ordered the big king meal, large sized. The burger was pretty tiny and mashed together. Clearly the management of this place does not keep up standards. It wasn’t even busy.
This slop cost me nearly $ 10. I could have gone to a nice sit down place and gotten an artisan burger for that price.
This was your last chance with me BK. FAIL!

Two years maybe 60 orders.
Coffee fries fish sand which nuggets salad the list goes on.
Really good customer service from the managers. They are extremely nice.
Once I had a frappé I thought had spoiled milk the lady apologized and remade it. It could of just been me tripping but she didnt argue and I liked that I always come back.
I stop to get coffee a lot before I workout if I’m at my boyfriends house.

Excellent customer service. The girl working the drive thru was super polite and courteous. My food wasn’t spectacular. Nuggets were a little under done. But it was nice to get in and out in a flash, so I can’t exactly complain.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I ordered the original spicy chicken sandwich and got a hockey puck instead. I took the sandwich back explaining it was too hard, dry and inedible. The «very unconcerned» girl at the order desk simply replaced it with a replica of the original aberration. Not even an apology, nor did she show any evidence of concern for my satisfaction. I took the chicken out of the bun and was able to bang it on the table as if it were a drum. That is how hard the chicken was. NEVER go to the Burger King at 4918 Sunset Blvd (near Kaiser and The Self Realization Fellowship grounds). I wasted nearly $ 5 for my hockey puck, but Burger King lost more. They lost my business forever. Usually, I am motivated to write complementary reviews. This is one of the few I have written to pan a food establishment. I am posting it here and I will post it on Burger Kings website for that particular location. In a word, DON’T!

Bad food bad service the manager Alfonso was very rude. He wanted to charge me for the restroom first 25 cent then he said if you buy something I give you 25 cent I’m like just give me 25 cent and let me pii. I END up buying a orange juice he. Charged me under someone else’s register name Maria.
I asked him if his name Maria is? Je said no? I asked why does it say on the recipe Maria and you said your name is Alfonso? And why don’t yo u have a name tag ?
Then he start talking shit I just said you will read about me.
Don’t eat at burger king first of all its all shit what they say and they want to charge you for it too !!
If your live is worth something to you then stop eating crappie things like burger king.

This is a smallish BK tucked away in a downtown type of area, buried in a ring of medical buildings and banks. The Metro is close by. With that in mind, the place is fine for a BK although some of the patrons are missing the rudiments of cleanliness. If you don’t mind the inner city atmosphere you’ll get what you came for.

So many issues at this location, they keep wanting to charge me for ranch. Even though I am asking with several meal purchase and this last time the manager, a lady, had us waiting for 6 minutes while she was on the telephone on personal business, I kept time and she finally started helping us while in the phone, wow!!! Great location, but the staff is really in need of training re customer service.

Burger King is Burger King, BUT, it’s 10:20 pm and I just came from the bar. All I wanted was a combo meal and to use the facilities. Sure enough I got the combo, but when I asked to use the john they said NO and the entrance was blocked as you can see in the photo. They told me it was being cleaned… I said BOTH? Yes the manager said. I called BS. They had both just been cleaned (I saw the lady mopping) and they didn’t want me in there for some reason. Finally the manager said, sorry our bathrooms are dirty and they stink. I pushed past the barrier and went in, it just smelled like bleach and was clean… they just didn’t want me to mess up the place right at closing time. C’mon Burger King.

I have been to this Burger King twice now. Both times it felt like a small piece of Hell. Quiet and cold. When you walk in the desperation is palpable. The employee behind the counter is nervous and inspires no confidence whatsoever. You will not find a clean table to sit at if you go after 1 pm. For some reason it was colder inside than outside, like the ring of soulless bodies inside were somehow sucking the warmth and spirit out of the air. And if that’s not bad enough the food is sub par even for Burger King. Both times as I started eating I felt small pieces of my life force leaving me as I began to get sick on my cold half cooked chicken strips. Not sure whether it was the food or the grim atmosphere that made me ill, probably both. Needless to say I escaped with my life and will do whatever it takes not to go back.

I stopped by here because I use to live close by and frequented this location often before, being its the only burger king in Hollywood… anyways this place is Horrible, all the employees are under the influence, extremely rude, talking about things that has nothing to do with their job, I mean I know it’s burger king but even the food was disgusting, God knows how many days old the burger and fries was, to the point I didn’t even eat it, i paid and the lady at the register secretly kept my change lol wtf, corporate has to totally look into this place, all the employees clothes are disgusting dirty with all types of stains. As for the inside itself, it is also very dirty and shows that the employees just dont give a shit, man just the sight of this place makes me wanna barf. Stay clear unless you want to get food poisoning, im not kidding.

The best thing about this Burger King is that if you are on Sunset Blvd., there is a 24 hour drive-​thru and it is convenient to the surrounding hospitals. It isn’t the cleanest place, but the service was fast when I was there one morning. The cashier basically got my order, gave me the exact change, and asked if I wanted ketchup to which I replied «yes» and he poured 4 packets into the brown paper bag. I even asked for the bag with handles for easy transport, very accommodating. Simply put, if you like Burger King and are in the Sunset Blvd area near the «hospital row,» then drive-​in or walk (which is what I did from Kaiser), and you can get something to eat quick and easy.

Sometimes you don’t have a choice and you settle for something like this. Not the cleanest BK I’ve been to, but then again a lot of them aren’t very sanitary anyway. This place emits a disturbing odor though. I’m really not a fan of Burger King but I can’t still say Ive had a better experience at other locations than this one. The employees are friendly and do their thing as usual you know, but it’s just that the food tastes gross. Like more than usual. Do you know what I mean??? Idk. I try to avoid this kind of food and I hope you do the same. There’s plenty of other spots in this area within walking distance. Skip this BK dude ;)

Food is typical Burger King. Service is fast and friendly. Biggest problem is that the place is not clean. I came in on a Sunday morning when the place was quiet, and found trash under tables, table tops not wiped down, the drinks area dirty. For a food establishment, cleanliness should be a high priority but it clearly was not here. Also lots of strange indigent people hang out here. The couple times I’ve come, I saw what looked like a homeless person sleeping at a table. Not the best place to go, even if you are a BK fan.
