What can i ask more?
Goods service and best menus that varies with in a day, hot and fresh servings…
Fast, as soon as you placed your order they are there soon than what you have expected.
staff are smiling all the time despite of busyness. now i don’t have to go somewhere else or to some expensive restaurants just to get this kind of service.

Stopped by this location the other day for a quick value menu fix. The drive thru wait wasn’t bad, my service was good and my order and change were correct. What more can I ask for? Oh yeah. Napkins! Not a single one. Not a good look BK, not, a good look.
That is all.

They didn’t have anything they were out of ranch, sugar and even ketchup. The soda machine didn’t have dr. pepper and they were to lazy to replace the syrup when i asked, all in all that location is a mess. It doesn’t have any order let alone structure i will definitely never be back especially with the horrible customer service that they had.

Totally disgusting. The cashier had a bad cough and kept on coughing into her hand while handling money to customer and packaging customers food. The entire store has a dumpy feeling to it and my whooper tasted a little weird.

I’m disgusted. I walk in and had to wait a while for customer service, but while I’m waiting, I see a worker in the back leaning on the counter picking bacon up off the tray of all the other bacon and eating it. Without her gloves, she then walks to the front to help Isabel, the cashier, incorrectly charge me for a medium fry when I was purchasing a small hash brown.

Once again I’m working not too far away from this location and decided to drop by for a breakfast sandwich.
After I ordered my food I asked for a token to the restroom. The cashier told me to wait because there’s currently a person in the restroom. I asked again, «could I still get a token?» She spoke loudly, «I said you need to wait at the restroom door.» She spoke to me loudly as if I didn’t understand English. I only asked for a token because the line at the register was long. If the person who came out slammed the door I’d have to deal with asking for a token at register with the long line.
WTF, did the cashier really just try to put me in my place with her broken English acting like I don’t understand English??? I know I don’t resemble the homeless people hanging around the area. So what’s the deal with the rude behavior?
What I liked?
* Hmm… I’m trying really hard to think, but nothing comes to mind.
What I didn’t like?
* I walked to this location and the corner smelled like raw sewage and dried pee.
* The service was really rude.
* The bathroom was super dirty. I don’t understand where the store patrons get their bathroom hygiene from? Who wipes their ass with toilet paper, then discards it on the floor? The toilet is directly under their butt, and the trash can is a few inches away.
* When I try to cross the street when the pedestrian walk light is on. Three additional cars run the red light to make a right turn. WTF!!! I had to wave so cars would stop and allow me to cross the street.
Here’s what I say… ok, it’s 9 am and you’re probably late for work. Well, who’s f*cking fault is that??? Don’t drive like an idiot because you spent too much time at Starbucks getting your morning coffee!
Bottom line… There’s a reason this place is getting consistent poor reviews. This is NOT a place I will be returning to.
Food = below average
Seating area = ok
Service = rude
Restroom = very filthy

Went here today as I was in the area. The place should be shut down. It was so full of smoke I could hardly see when I was at the counter. I had to take my glasses off because my eyes were burning. I would have gone somewhere else but I had a meeting to go to and would have been late. The fire department should have been called to see what the problem was.

Went here to get a drink and go to the bathroom. Somebody left a surprise in the bathroom.

Are all BKs slow af? Say what you will about Mickey Dees, they tend to move the drive-​thru line at a decent pace, but every BK I’ve been to is sloooooow. This one was one of the worst offenders. Three cars ahead of me, thirteen minutes. The croissanwich sometimes isn’t worth it.

Ordered the bacon, cheddar burger meal. The cheese reminded me of Kraft singles. The bacon was overly done, like salad topping. And, the fries were grainy and clumped together.

This place is disgustingly filthy
The bathrooms had toilet paper allll over the floor
The floors are so dirty
There’s trash everywhere
It was dead in here
So why could no one clean the eff up?!
My coffee tasted like water
Our food was made sloppily
I mean I know Burger King sucks ass but come on
At least be clean inside!
There is only 4 drink options to choose from
I feel like a need a sterilization bath after coming here
How the hell does the health department not shut this place down already

There are homeless people inside digging through the trash in here and we offered him food because we felt bad
But I still think a business shouldn’t allow this

Do I really have to write a review for Burger King? Duh Yes because you know as a Unilocaler thats my duties.
What can I say it smells like process food the restaurant is dirty and there are bums opening doors for you. I don’t even need to go to a fancy restaurant for this kind of services!
Don’t come here around 3pm because it would be crowded with hormone ragging teens!!!

My buddy and I stopped in for a quick snack while driving around downtown. The parking lot is pretty big (for the location). The guys behind the counter were cool. The food came out pretty fast.
They keep the restroom locked. You have to be a paying customer to use the restroom I guess.

Okay, My second time going to this BK because it’s fairly close to my work and I was short on time. First time, probably over a year ago was bad because I got short changed in the drive-​thru. My bad I should have counted the change before I left.
Today I went through the drive-​thru after just getting cash out of an ATM, order my food and pull up to the window. Portly Hispanic Manager tells me the total is $ 7.72. I hand him a $ 20, he hands me back $ 2.28 and my receipt.
I told him, «wait, I just gave you a $ 20». He says «no I saw it was a $ 10»
I proceed to show him a stack of $ 20s that I just pulled from the ATM, he then says «okay, here’s $ 10 back, but i’m sure you gave me a $ 10, did you really just go the ATM?»
WTF?! I look at my receipt and he originally rang it up as $ 20 tendered with $ 12.28 change due.
They got me once a while back, but not this time.
COUNT YOUR CHANGE at the drive-​thru! People in a rush is what’s expected it seems.

Lady answered rude and they didn’t have chicken fries which they are advertising, (bring down the poster). When we got to the window they didn’t have sprite either and the fries were so salty :/​oh yeah n they forgot my BBQ sauce

«have it your way! » but… I asked for extra pickles and asked a 2^nd time because it was not on my receipt! The girl said «yes with extra pickles’. When I got my burger there were NO pickles. So I took it back to the counter. The girl took the burger, open it to see there was no pickles and told the manager. The manger whispered something and the girl brought me back the burger and said they were out of pickles! Really? So, she handed me back the same burger!
Someone is being lazy!

Worst BK branch I’ve been to. Homeless people ambushing customers at the door for money. Dining room is filthy!!! Paying customers have to pay to use the dirty bathroom. Poor service. The only thing decent was the bacon BBQ whopper but I think I’ll find another location. Perfect example of management that doesn’t care or have pride in their brand. Retraining of crew members are in order.

Do not go to this drive thru between 11 and 12 — it is busy and consequently slow. Additionally, the food is not prepared/​packaged properly. When I got back to my office — no more than 10 minutes after taking my order, and opened my food it was mushy.

The Smooth Roast Mocha Iced Coffee is delish!
Too bad after a few yummy sips… you know that sinking feeling… ugh I just got a big cup of ice

Met someone here, I just got a drink. The raspberry iced tea is overly sweet.
I was scared to venture into the bathroom because of the reviews I read before I went in.
It’s true about the bums outside and inside the establishment.
