To get in to our house, you had to climb up 10 stairs. There was no other way around it, you had to, there are no other entrances. My mother moved in with me a while ago. Her legs don’t work right so I had to lift her with her wheelchair up/​down the stairs everyday at least once. I love my mother, but I was gonna end up in a wheelchair myself if I had continued it. I decided to install a ramp. I called Build 4 less, I knew they do construction and I knew they do it well. He offered a wheelchair lift instead for the same cost, I took it. They came quickly and installed it quickly. The results came out great, the lift surprisingly blended well with the house, making it look more high-​tech, I was very excited about it. I even use that lift myself sometimes. They’re great, five stars from me.

I needed my garage door replaced recently. I went to Build 4 Less and Leon gave me a pretty good deal. They came on time, pleasant to talk to, very knowledgeable. They finished up quickly and did an excellent job. Door looks great and works excellent. I’m really really satisfied with it. Keep up the good work!

I had this toaster, and the lever that levels the bread down and also turns it on, didn’t work, well it did work but it didn’t stay down, you had to hold it though. So what I would do is: I would hold the lever down and put a spatula in the gap between the lever and the toaster. It would then fix the lever down and my bread would get toasted without me being there. The only problem is, it didn’t turn off automatically! One day I left the toaster on and went to get something from the store (ironically more bread) when I came back my entire kitchen is on fire! I called 911 and they came relatively fast, but the damage was done… One of my kitchen walls was gone! Refrigerator and everything inside — gone, microwave — gone, toaster RIP and on top of that i get charged for calling 911!.. Anyway Stressed out of my mind I called my friend and he told me to go to this guys — Build 4 Less. I went there and I talk to Leon who was the contractor. He told me that not only he can do it today, but he can also finish it today. I had enough stress already, and the price was good, I took the offer and and that day they came and finished, as promised. They were pretty good, I was thoroughly impressed, They even painted my kitchen in blue, I always wanted to do that. Two thumbs up! Five stars! 100 points!

I recently came back from New York and needed some interior and design services for my room in new apartment i moved in. I asked my friend John, cause i knew they moved to the big house and did huge restoration. He recommended to me Build 4 Less company for all specialities.
What a talented team full of experts! They got their own skills, their own vision of different small and big things, which is really important. They were always coming before the appointed time to prepare. I saw how they were doing everything carefully and consistently.
Whenever there were any questions, i was getting the answers. That’s what i can call custom care and professionalism!
And by the way, they fixed few original problems in my bathroom. As a matter of fact i can confidently say Igor and his team were really helpful to me. I recommend Build 4 Less to anyone who is even incredibly picky like me. Reliability and quality — that’s how i can describe this company.

This review is on behalf of my parents. They had extensive water damage on the sun deck which leaked through one of the bedrooms. This was bad timing because my 3 kids and I were coming to visit from NY and staying with my parents. Igor and his team came out and repaired everything within 2 days! They did an amazing job. Igor came out 4 different times to check on everything. He is amazing to work with. His team is professional, courteous (took off their shoes) and even went above and beyond by painting the deck a second time to make sure nothing was missed. I definitely recommend this company for any kind of work that needs to be done on your house. They are skilled but more than anything you will work with people you can trust.

We have used Build 4 Less, Inc. on three major projects at our home and believe me it isn’t easy satisfying two VERY PICKY attorneys. B4L has an incredible team of employees. They painted the outside of our home, which was a feat within itself. We came back two years later for two major bathroom remodels. We trust these guys; they are efficient; they are fair; and everyday they cleaned up. Tony (Tal) was very patient and took us out personally to get materials. He is good at helping you get the best prices not just on materials but B4L’s costs as well. Naturally, the jobs all had their snafus but they were able to rectify and still get the jobs done ON TIME and within my budget. Alex, one of his foremen, and Ernesto, were a great team; I don’t think there is anything these guys can’t do, which was evidenced by the custom-​made full-​length medicine cabinet they built in my very small bathroom.
