Waitstaff kind of assholes. I spend money on clothes but this is way out of my price range for what you get. Must have high rent.

Bought way more than I expected when I walked in here! The store is totally adorable and really the only issue I had was finding parking in the neighborhood (damn you, Intelligentsia Coffee hipsters!)
The woman who worked there (catherine?) was super-​helpful. She picked out some items that I thought were totally not my style but once I tried them on I was sold. This included a shirt that I never would have picked on my own but when a female friend saw me wearing it, she told me «damn boy, you need to wear that shirt where ever women are going to be»!
Needless to say, i’m quite happy with my purchases and the newfound lady-​slaying shirts I now own.

Bad attitude for a store that is not cheap at all! Infact very over priced!!! My friend and I bought 2 t shirts for her husbands birthday. She travelled with the present a week later to Canada and the to shirts were small for him. 3 weeks after the purchase when she got back, we tried to exchange the t shirts. They said we can exchange only 14 days after purchase. We explained the situation to her and she said they will have the manager call back! Two days after he still had not called! We made another visit today and the sales girl said,“oh! He didn’t call? I can’t exchange this for you. He will definitely call today. Can I have your number again? I will have him call you for sure! And I am sure he will sort this out for you!” He still has not called!!! And the t shirts were very expensive! I will never recommend this store to anyone!

I’ve only been here once. I’ve heard of this place from someone a while ago. At first, I was a little hesitant to go here because of the high price but fortunately my brother was signed up with their email mailing list so he received an email about their sale going on this weekend. 75% off everything in the store! I noticed that a lot of the apparel for women were around $ 100 – 150 some items were a little more than that. And for men, the shirts range from $ 50 – 150. So it’s a bit pricey but the 75% off sale this weekend helped so much.
But, although the items in this store are expensive the quality is there.
Also, the sales associates are really nice and helpful! :)

I visited this store because it was featured in the «Best Shops in LA» issue of Los Angeles Magazine. It did not disappoint, great selection of women’s and men’s brands. Great selection of RayBan and Parsol sunglasses. I love the feel of the store, very California Chic. If you go often you might spot a hipster celebrity or two…

Great new Silver Lake store. Well designed space and nice people. The selection is far from cliché. All nice stuff that hasn’t been made embarrassing by the clientele 50 yards away at Intelligencia. But the perfect pants they had on the rack didn’t come in my size, which made me want to take off a star in anger, but then I realized it was not their fault I need to lose 10 pounds. I will lose those pounds and be back for the pants.
