They have CLOSED. The store is now empty. Last visit was the end of December 2015. Most stores around it are empty as well.

Good coffee and good sandwiches. Came here for a quick lunch to go with coffee and everything was done within a few minutes. Very fast and easy! I do see quite a few people chilling at this café whether drinking coffee or working on their laptops or even reading their books. It seems like a great place to work if you need to get out of the house or even read a book.

Im so upset! This place is so highly recommended. I come at 3:50 exactly, right now it’s 3:52 as I’m writing this review. The guys asked me what I would like«coffee, tea, sandwhich etc». I then said I have this belly coupon(which is like a free latte for the rewards I’ve earned spending money at different«belly clubs») for a free medium latte, he then says«sorry, we are closed — I cannot make expresso)» I said that fine I’ll just have regular coffee, but no suddenly the were no coffee either. This review is not based on products but of customer service and information that’s not reliable — therefore I told him, assuming he’s the owner, business man to business man — «you should update your information on Unilocal that you guys don’t serve any kind of coffee 15 min prior to closing» he just got kinda mad, turned off the lights for the cold yogurts etc, lastly commented with«you go write whatever you want on Unilocal». All I said was for him to inform people so they don’t like my case, drive all the way from Beverly Hills library to Brentwood! In LA traffic! I was even willing to pay even tho I drove so far. Anyways happy there’s a Starbucks on the next block. I’m sure this place is good, but be mindful of timing and maybe even give them a call before heading in there

This place is a little café in a shopping center with great food. I got their spinach wrap breakfast burrito and its so good. They have a variety of other sandwiches, soups, and now even rice bowls, but the burrito is my go to. Its cheap and a place to grab a quick bite and coffee

This place is awesome! Stopped by for some iced coffee only to discover their amazing food menu. The price is right especially for the Brentwood area. Great shaded patio to relax on and people watch. The workers /owner are so nice and inviting! This is definitely my new go to. Can’t help but to support local businesses — especially when they are as good as this one!

I originally came here because I was looking for a small little place to enjoy a cup of coffee and chill an hour or two before work. They did not disappoint! They have a very nice vibe to them, being tucked in the corner of the shopping center and away from the street. More like a place you visit regularly in your morning routine. I was the first one in at around 7 am, but more morning people trickled in to enjoy a small breakfast or coffee. I ordered oatmeal and a cinnamon roll latte. The latte was delicious. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be returning to try other coffee menu items and to study once school starts again. The only thing to take note of — after I ordered at around 7 I was told that the cook doesn’t come in until around 7:30. It wasn’t an issue for me since I was planning to stay for a while, but it may be a problem for other guests.

Was heading out for an early morning surf trip and looking for some breakfast burrito fuel. Ordered ahead via Unilocal and picked up on the way. Just what we were looking for. The tapatio was on point.

I love coffeeshops all across the spectrum. For Brentwood, Brew-N-Beans is your no frills, telework coffeeshop(although anywhere besides LA, they would be considered a nice to mid-range coffeeshop). They give you 2 hours of parking validation(only for the downstairs garage), provide strong wifi, and even have power strips so it’s easier to plug in. Service was nice and it was pretty clear the baristas knew everyone’s name coming in. There are also a couple outdoor seats in the courtyard area, if you’re more keen on catching up than working on your laptop. Looks like this is a good spot for salads and sandwiches too. Brew-n-beans isn’t super fancy(no cortados and gibraltars here), but the basics are good, and the service is great.

Pros: Great parking situation, it’s close enough so that I can walk, excellent customer service(seriously the NICEST baristas in Brentwood hands down), clean, quick snacks and food, wifi. Cons: Not a fan of the coffee. For some reason it feels syrupy to me, like Coffee Bean coffee(but if you like Coffee Bean you may enjoy this cup of joe). I’ve tried about three times, three different drinks. Interiors could use a revamp. My Brentwood alternate coffee suggestions: Caffe Luxxe, Whole Foods, Alfred Coffee.

Love this place. My husband has been in love with place, he always gets a coffee and the turkey club. It is really good and everyone that works there is super nice. The best part about this place is it is quiet, if you are looking for a place to study/work this is a great place to be. I usually walk here, but there is a parking lot right in front.

I used Unilocal to find this place so i felt compelled to write this review. I went to brew and beans as I’ve been to a couple of the other brentwood coffee shops and they leave a bit to be desired. This place was no different. I ordered an item from their board outside and the dude had no idea what o was talking about. He eventually figured it out and when I asked for a muffin that really threw him off as after he got it, he tried to charge me $ 12 for my coffee and the muffin. At this point I asked if that was right and the manager stepped in as the cashier went to make my coffee. Everything seemingly was figured out. When I stepped outside, I had a sneaking suspicion that this gentleman was not hired for his coffee making skills and sure enough my mocha was somehow full of grounds. Other than that it tastes ok, so I’m sure I’ll try brew and beans again. I’ll just keep stepping down the road if i see the same guy working again.

One of the major reasons I hate studying in coffee shops in LA is the lack of free parking, lack of power outlets, and noisy customers bustling in and out. However, Brew-N-Beans may be my new favorite study spot(if you’re not in large groups). Here is why: 1) Right pass the small parking lot is an underground garage that is free for 2 hours with validation. Which is amazing because other coffee shops around this area do valet for around $ 4 for two hours with validation. 2) Air-conditioned! 3) Lots of small tables with power outlets on the walls 4) Food/coffee ain’t bad either and prices are reasonable. They have specialty lattes, like Peppermint Mocha and Spanish Lattes which were pretty good. 5) Solid Wifi, just need to ask for the wifi password if you don’t see the small sign for it on the counter! 6) Friendly staff

I love this place. The salads and sandwiches are fresh made and taste great. The owner/manager is very nice and I feel their ice tea is top 3 in the city.

This place is so cute. I used to live in Brentwood and came here a bunch of times to have small study groups. The food was delicious, so we were always well fed. There are plenty of plugs and table space most of the time because it never got all that full when I was there. There is solid wifi here, and I believe they validate for parking downstairs. Coffee was decent. Wish their hours were slightly longer, but overall a nice coffeeshop in a town full of big chains.

Absolutely amazing! Free 2 hour parking underground with validation. I came here with my girlfriend for the very first time and was greeted by friendly owner, Jun. We ordered the Tuna Melt and Turkey Cran Sandwich. Both tasted very clean, healthy and yummy! Came with a side spring salad as well. Definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area. It has a very friendly vibe to it and the food is excellent.

Coffee and tea is on par with competitors’ in the area, and music completely depends on who is behind the counter. But, my favorite part of Brew-N-Beans is probably the SPOTLESS wi-fi. It’s the most important thing and they nail it. Cash only but there’s a bofa next door.

I LOVE this place! The staff is great! They are hard working, remember my order and get it perfect every time, and the prices are amazing! I literally get the same thing everyday for lunch: grilled chicken salad, no dressing, extra bacon and a side of lemons. This may sound odd but trust me it’s amazing! Everyone that walks by and sees it always asks the waitress what it is! Seriously they should name this salad after me! Highly recommend!

I really like this place! I usually go there for coffee and consider it better than Starbucks, but I just recently tried eating there. I got the tuna sandwich and REALLY enjoyed it. I’lol definitely be eating there again in the future and trying more things. It’s a huge upgrade from a subway but more reasonably priced than most local places.

After many recommendations from co-workers, I decided to finally try the infamous turkey, cran, avocado sandwich. I am surprised by just how much it lived up to the hype. I ordered the sandwich on rosemary sourdough which some might say takes away from the intended flavor scheme, but I did not regret this. Go here. This place is great and it doesn’t hurt the service was super friendly as well!
