No response, E-​mailed 3 times wanting to place my order but after reading the reviews this is the norm. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

This place is awesome. You can find all kind of cakes. I am athlete so for me it’s very important sugar free food. They got sugar free, gluten and paleo friendly. Recommend to everyone

I wouldn’t even give this business one star.
I was referred to Bree’s Cakes by a friend who is a chef in Atlanta. Looking to have an awesome cake created for my daughters birthday this July, I sent an email to the business as she suggests on her website. That was back on 6÷16÷15. Days pass and I never receive a response. I then call the business on 6÷19÷15, leaving a voicemail requesting an inquiry on a cake, leaving all of my contact information, and further informing her that I sent and email. It is now 6÷29÷15 and I’ve never received any type of response.
I get it, at times one gets to a point where you’ve made it and you may feel that you don’t need to reply to every inquiry. You’ve made it! YES! And out here in L.A., people may call it going «big time» or being «Hollywood». If that’s the case, then change your website and business platform to operate «by referral only».
I find this business to be highly unprofessional.

I found Bree’s cakes on Instagram and always wanted to place an order with her. I finally got my chance to for my coworker/​friend Bday. The MAC make up collection came out AMAZING !!! The whole office was amazed at how incredible they looked and they tasted yummy! Bree was an absolute pleasure to work with… I will definitely be using her for future orders. I HIGHLY recommend BreesCakes her treats will make any event memorable!

I ordered custom Chanel cupcakes for my birthday. My family absolutely loved them! The design was perfect and all my friends were in awe. They were quite light, fluffy, and tasty!

Super disappointed, I happened to see her work on Instagram. I emailed her for a quote, I admit I screwed up the first email and didn’t put my attachment. Since I sent the correct email along with follow up emails and not one response not even sorry I don’t think I can make the cake.

I’ve never had any of her baked goods but I’m a huge fan. I love her work and I always hear great things about her baked goods. I love how she has so many options, from jar cakes, cake pops to cupcakes etc the list goes on and she has great customer service and she’s reliable. I recommended my friend to her for an order and my friend was extremely pleased. I definitely can’t wait for my next visit to Cali so I can indulge in some cupcakes. :)

My sister ordered a cake from Bree a month in advanced for her BFF’s bday, with that said we expected this cake to be like all her other cakes PERFECT. I am not sure if we are the first to experience this situation with her or not but I felt like I needed to write how unprofessional this transaction was, especially when I saw the expression on my sisters face, disappointment, so this really had me mad. The time for the cake to be delivered on Saturday was for 10 am, we planned the bday based on the cake pick up since the location of the party was an hr away. Bree sent my sister a message saying she was running late so it would be another 30 minutes or so, which is fine things happen BUT when the cake didn’t get delivered til 3:30 that made me question her professionalism. I feel like we didn’t get the same treatment as her other customers. The next day we kept comparing all her other cakes how beautiful they looked but our cake was just plain and looked rushed. For a high price we expected Quality for both the cake and business, especially when the cake was paid in full from day one. I understand you are a busy business woman and i applaud you on your success but sometimes organizing your time doesn’t sound like a bad idea. I am pretty sure this wouldn’t had happened with other people & we arrived to the beach party at 6 so all plans went down hill. Thank you
There is always a first for everything we wanted to be customers of bree but lesson learned.

Ordered cupcakes for my mother in laws birthday. She is an RN nurse… so of course got custom RN nurse cupcakes in BOTH of her favorite flavors. Red velvet & lemon. DELICIOUS!!! She was soooo happy. Aside from tasting good, Bree was so great to work with and super accommodating. She stayed in communication with me throughout whole process. Highly recommend!

Honestly some of the best cake I ever had, she knows what she is doing and does it to perfection. Left very satisfied and can’t wait to come back for some more of Bree’s cake
