Bossy Dog

So, I happened to stumble onto this diamond in the rough. I know it doesn’t look like much on the outside, but it is actually really nice inside. I came up and I was greeted by the doorman outside of the sign and was led downstairs. It reminded me of a lot of the places I have been to in Europe. It was really cozy. I was amazed at how well stocked the bar was. I expected juice, but I did not know that is what they meant. Must be slang. I ordered a Manhattan from the bartender, who was not only beautiful, but she also made me one of the best mixed drinks in recent memory. enough about the «juice.» Let me tell you about the real reason to come here: the dogs. I looked at the huge menu, and one of the guys at the bar said to go with the «original» Bossy Dog. It had a mélange of Brie, pear slices, and Dijon mustard onto a Vienna beef frank sitting on top of the most delicious bun that tasted like a pretzel, but not at all chewy. I am kind of traditional, but I am glad I took the recommendation. Also I got the duck fat fries, that could not have been better. It was a great meal. I can’t wait to try all of the other bossy dogs.

Finally a hot dog that catches my interest! I noticed this new establishment on my commute to work. Haven’t had a chance to try it but I give it at least 4 stars for presentation and name. The beautiful sign is in color and you can tell they spared no expense in its design and production. They also serve juices. I’ll have to try that one day.
