I’m no boba tea guru, however this place is well worth checking out! Located along Reseda BLvd and Superior St, Bön Bön is tucked away along the middle half of the strip mall. Blink and you could possibly miss it. Walking in your have a clean and roomier feel then most boba places. Sporting a few leather lounges, tables and wifi, Bön Bön has you setup for a relaxing atmosphere. The billboard of boba related items is extensive with slush, milk teas to name a few. The service is outstanding, nothing is ever a problem. Once your order is taken, your drink will pop out on the side window with the red curtain. Boba here is fresh and soft and well worth the trip! Overall Drink: 5 – 5 Service: 5 – 5 Atmosphere: casual Coming back: Yes

– 64⁄100 Reviews of 2016 – *******Reposted because my first review got deleted for«privacy issues» –___– ******* Ever seen or had one of those«potted plant» ice creams from the OC night markets? If not, imagine a plant in a pot, covered with dirt. Okay, that doesn’t sound too appetizing yet, does it? Well what if I told you that there was a boba dessert that involved Oreo crumbs as the dirt, milk tea(of your choice) as the base, and a cute little mint leaf to top it off, resembling«the plant»? I don’t know about you, but OREOS. Anything with Oreos is a YES, especially when it is presented creatively and beautifully. I’ve personally never thought of this brilliant idea before, but whoever did, deserves the«Most Creative Boba Award», because it is just simply too cute and genius. I was in the Northridge area trying to kill time before I had to meet up with my aunt and all of a sudden I started to feel a little parched. What to drink? What to drink? Let’s check Unilocal!I searched, «Best Boba» and literally, this was the first thing that popped up. Glanced at some pictures and instantly grew real«heart-eyes» emojis at the thought of «potted plant» boba! I’ve had potted plant ice cream from the night markets and fell in love instantly. I guess this was kinda the same feeling I got when I first discovered the potted plant ice cream, but better! I went with a Potted Plant Lavender Milk tea(Reg size $ 5.25). Delish! One of my favorite drinks now. The boba was chewy, but not too soft or hard either. Just the right bounce in my mouth ;) It was also fun mixing the Oreos into the milk tea afterwards. But the fun doesn’t stop there! There are also other drink options such as the Exotic Blood Orange tea, the Fresh fruit Kale Milk smoothie, iced/hot/blended coffees, caffeine-free drinks, and many more!(Check my pictures for the full menu!!) When you’re in the area, definitely stop by and check this cute little boba shop out! It will not disappoint! ****Great for studying! Wifi available!**** In the wise words of Ricky Martin, «Shake your Bön Bön».

Location/Parking: It is on Reseda located in he same plaza as Katsuya, Woori Kalbi, Chi’s, Kumon. Parking is a hit or miss depending on the time and day you come in. If there’s a fundraiser or its dinner time most of the time its difficult to find parking and will take a couple circles around the lot. Vibe/Space: It’s a cute space, has a rustic vibe to it from the chalk board menu to the chairs and tables. Only a nice place to study at during the day or when it’s not a peak hour or fundraiser day because it can get pretty loud and impossible to study at. There are a couple of comfy couches and lot of tables and chairs and even some outside so it’s a great place to hangout with if you want to chill with friends or just catch up there are even some games, and it’s very spacious. Drinks: The boba here is delicious, I’ve honestly haven’t found my go to drink until recently. Some of my favorites when I’m feeling fruity is kiwi peach yogurt drink and the strawberry mango yogurt drink. Their yogurt drink is basically yakult taste exactly like it, my only con is that its a little too sweet for my likely even though you can adjust the sweetness but that means less flavor. The boba is always consistent for me, chewy and sweet. I usually get my fruity drinks with rainbow belly, which is a mixture of almond jelly, mango, lychee and strawberry. Their puddings are also good. One tip is if you want the purple kid of taro from other boba places make sure you tell them or else you’ll get the original taro root which not a lot of people like. My go to all the time is the iced matcha latte, with no whip cream its super yummy and one of my favorite match’s of all time which is hard for my to find since I am so picky with my matcha. If ever I am craving matcha I would always go here now just because its affordable, delicious and theres a free upgrade to a large size when you check in. Service: The cashiers are super nice and friendly, there is a fee if you use a credit card. Make sure you also let them know if they messed up your drink because they were replace it, it’s happened to me a couple of times. Overall I will be back when ever I am in the area, its is the best boba place I’ve had in the Valley, and nothing has beat it yet.

Extremely slow, but better ambiance than most boba places. Drinks are average. Always crowded.

This is without doubt the best boba place in the San Fernando Valley. Not much else to say, besides the fact that the boba’s consistency and flavor is always great, the check-in promotion is generous(friends often ask why I check in though, LOL), and there’s a huge variety for drinks! I would recommend getting extra boba in the upgraded size, though, since sometimes they don’t exactly scale the boba-tea proportions that well when you upgrade. Go to’s: — Classic Milk Tea with Boba — Rose Cordial(with or without Milk) Tea with Boba — Kiwi Peach Slush with Boba — Thai Milk Tea with Boba — Snowy Milk with Boba, Caramel, and Pudding(the best!) I frequently came here with friends to do work or study during the day when it’s quieter, but don’t expect a quiet atmosphere at night. The only downside is that it gets majorly packed from around 8:00PM to close on the weekends. But if you’re looking at it like an optimist, it really just makes a more lively atmosphere!

Good boba and portions. One of the best boba places in the valley… Get a stamp card! Fill out the card and get the last one for free! I like their milk teas — Original, Brown sugar and caramel. Passion fruit tea + green tea with assorted jelly is a nice fruity drink. Try their snowy milk drinks! DRINKSARESUGARY, YOUCANADJUSTTHESUGARLEVEL. Ambiance: casual. Café style. sually packed at night/weekends(thanks to most of my Cross Culture Church family haha). Seeating: self seating. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Open late. Free WiFi. Can study, and bring lap tops but usually loud at night. Board games available, along with kpop or other music videos playing on the tvs. Parking: Free in the plaza parking lot. Their employees are chill!

Bön Bön Tea House is probably one of my favorites and my go-to Boba spots. I wish I could try all the flavors they have but I’m pretty set in stone with Thai Tea or their Strawberry Pudding Milk Tea Bobas! They’re so good and addicting!

Holy shit this was a cavity assault. Not sure if it’s just me since Bubble Teas in Vancouver aren’t that sweet or if they were genuinely sweet. I tolerated it. I should’ve requested the drink to be made again, however, being the polite Canadian I just accepted it. I will speak up next time. Generous on the pearls.

A bit pricey for my taste, but refreshing, nonetheless. With creative selections and the availability of «upgrading your beverage size» upon checking-in on Facebook, I’m definitely a fan. However, was caught off guard when I asked the cashier for suggestions and she said, «Even though I work here, I don’t like tea, so I would know what to suggest». :/

I don’t know why, but all of my friends who are a regular here love it and think this is the best boba place. I don’t agree, but the boba isn’t bad. I honestly think it’s just another boba shop… I tried the … 1. Passion fruit yogurt drink with boba($ 3.45): oh my goodness it was super sweet! I managed to finish the whole drink only because I was very thirsty. It was wayyyyy too sweet though. The boba was pretty good though! 2. Strawberry milk smoothie with boba($ 4.25): tastes so artificial. I didn’t really taste the strawberry, I just felt like I was slurping strawberry syrup. 3. Kiwi peace, guava with boba($ 3.45): this was sweet too and I don’t like kiwi so it wasn’t that great. But not bad overall. If you check in on Facebook, you get a free upgrade to a large!

I’ve been here many more times and can say I am a fan. Since my first visit, I’ve tried some of their other flavors including matcha milk tea, regular milk tea, snowy milks, and coffee with the cream on top. I prefer the matcha milk tea with a green tea base instead of black tea because you get more of that green tea flavor, but both bases are pretty good. You can’t go wrong with regular milk tea. Ever since my boyfriend ordered the snowy milk with boba, coffee pudding, and caramel, he hasn’t strayed away from it! I ordered coffee with the sea salt cream on top once and thought it was too salty. I told the worker and he gladly took it back and made another coffee, but with the vanilla cream top. I like all of these drinks. I keep telling myself to try something new, but usually end up ordering one of these. But you can bet that pretty much whatever you get here will be good. And I always get my drink with boba :) My boyfriend and I usually come on Monday afternoons and the service has always been pretty friendly and fast. I also like that they have self-serve water at the counter.

Got the peach milk tea with mango pudding. I love that this place has so many types of pudding including egg, taro, mango, and coffee. I’ll be honest that I can’t taste the flavor of pudding that much but still I love the idea of it! I did taste a bit of the mango and it was great with the peach. It was crowded on a Friday night but seats do open up. There is also free water available :)

Hello. My name is Crystal and I’m a Boba addict. I’ve had my fair share of drinking boba that I almost crave boba every freaking day. It’s been about a week since I had my fix. I’ve tried mostly all of the Boba places in the Valley and Bön Bön pretty much is the best(don’t get me started on other places… I have another favorite in the Other Valley). I usually mix it up but my usual is the Oolong Tea; Oolong Milk Tea, Any syrup with Oolong Tea(usually Lychee). :9

What a hot day today was! It was 99 degrees according to my car and I felt like I was dying from the heat. What better way to cool off than a nice cup of tea?! Honestly I’m a long time fan of The Boba Truck and I still am but if I ever find myself slightly a bit more north on Reseda I can see myself frequenting Bön Bön more often. The tea here is good but also a bit overboiled imo. There’s a bite to its aftertaste caused by the tannin released when overboiled. With that said I have also tried the Yogurt Slush which doesn’t contain any tea at all and it was simply a delight although a bit too sweet. A very refreshing drink to have on what will soon be hot summer days. So definitely a must try if you’re looking for some things besides the traditional tea found in boba shops.

Shake your BONBON, shake your BONBON. Their menu has several options. If you have a sweet tooth, try their Potted Plant Milk Tea(crushed oreo on top with crema and milk tea). SOGOOD. I love their honey boba(taste warm and fresh, not too hard, not too soft) and the serving sizes are big! This place has really delicious drinks and I can’t stop raving about it. There are some couches and tables inside with a nice homey feel — a perfect place to hangout with friends or just relax. It’s not the biggest place, so it definitely gets crowded at times. If I lived closer, I would come here all the time! I highly recommend this place!

My favorite place for boba in the Valley right now. I usually get the plain original milk tea with boba. The boba is just right. Not too hard and not too soft. If you’re a boba lover, I highly recommend this spot. It’s not as crowded as Bouce Boba Loft in Northridge where there’s always a crazy line.

Small boba shop located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking space.(Good luck finding an open spot after 5) I ran across them when i noticed Bounce Boba was packed! I had to do a quick Unilocal search to get my boba fix and this place was the closest. First time. I ordered the snowy milk with caramel, honey boba, and pudding. Not sure how to say it but it tasted like drinking a flavorless custard. I wasn’t a fan. Thankfully i got the smaller size. FYI– they have two cup sizes and the small size is pretty big! The large is jumbo! Second time. I ordered the lavender milk green tea boba with potted plant. Delicious!!! FYI– Potted plant is basically crushed Oreo on top. The boba is super fresh and tasty! As far as the inside– its small and gets packed at nights. All you hear is noise when you walk in. I don’t get how the girl takes the orders being that its so loud. I would be super annoyed staying there more than 5 minutes. Give them a try!

So good I got a plan to systematically try every combination on their menu. Okay, so I came here with a group of 8 and only 2⁄8 have been there before. 6⁄8 loved their drinks and 2⁄8 liked their drinks. I ordered the snowy milk strawberry and added mango pudding to it –with only 75% sweetened because it is a sweet drink. PERFECTCOMBINATION! My husband ordered the og taro drink which gave out a powdery texture. Flavor was good but texture wasn’t the best. Regardless, we enjoyed the drinks. Came back the next day and I ordered the snowy milk green tea with mango pudding! Odd flavor combo — completely my fault. Who knew green tea and mango pudding don’t mix well lol! Nonetheless, I drank every last bit… The mango pudding was just so bomb! Serving portions are big. The regular cups are not the type to fit in your car’s cup holder so good luck when ordering to go for a bunch of people. I plan to come back and find more flavor combinations that I will love. I have yet to try their coffees! Ambiance: very modern café lounge. They have plenty of seating. Overall 5 stars for the quality of service and drinks! Staff: very nice and takes their time to recommend flavors. Parking: shared lot parking. No problems so far.
