Got engaged 2 months ago & my fiancé got my ring from here & it is absolutely perfect, I’m in love with it, they were so helpful with the whole process & their work is so detailed

I did a month of research before looking to commit to buying an engagement ring, and tried to arm myself with information about pitfalls in an industry that’s notorious for being non-​transparent to outsiders. I looked everywhere for similar designs and learned everything I could from jewelers beyond just the 4 Cs. That being said, my experience was always comfortable — it never felt like I was being mislead, pressured into buying something I didn’t want, or charged an unreasonable price.
Jeremie was very helpful with answering questions and always got back to me if he didn’t know the answer himself. I wanted something other than a diamond for the center stone and ended up choosing a white sapphire, which he helped me order so that it could be put on the ring after it was made. I hoped to get the ring quickly so that I could surprise my girlfriend on an upcoming cruise. Once my order went through, I received the ring in under 2 weeks. I noticed that the «14K» stamp inside the band only said «K» and was at an angle, which I thought looked a little sloppy and wanted to get fixed. In my eyes, a mistake is fine as long as you handle it well, which they did. The ring also had to be resized (because determining the ring size of a girl who doesn’t wear jewelry, in secret, is hard!) and told Jeremie what I wanted. After sending the ring back (from NY to CA), I am happy to say they did a great job doing everything I asked and even got it back to me within a week.
I recommend these guys highly — now in the process of getting a matching wedding band.

He was very helpful as with the going over a broad array of options to find exactly what we were looking for. The personalized service we received was excellent. He was able to educate and shop for us directly with the suppliers to help us select a diamond for the ring.
When the ring finally arrived I was VERY impressed by not only the quality of the ring, but the delivery options and timing (can’t have her finding out early of course!)
