I’m really picky with massages. I provided Manny some specific instructions on what I wanted. He followed them perfectly and exceeded my expectations by using some of his intuition to create an ideal balance of therapeutic and relaxation. The guy is both strong and gentle. He’s also friendly and flexible, as I showed up early to my appointment and he was graciously accommodating. Plus you can’t beat the price! If you want someone who really strives to provide a great experience, definitely check out Bliss Blessing.

Right now, I can only speak to Manny’s amazing massage skills (although I will review again once I get to his spin classes). I went to see him about a troublesome hip pain that would reoccur after dancing, within the hour Manny was able to quickly find the spot, diagnose how the injury occurred and release the bundle of nerves. I was able to walk without limping immediately and now (the next morning) the pain is gone. He’s personable, affordable and knowledgeable — definitely my go to recommendation for anyone dealing with pain or injury.

By far the best spin class I have ever taken! This is the only one I’ve ever taken that incorporates weight training and abs while riding a bike. I always leave dripping and exhausted but very refreshed. And Manny is a great motivator and knows his stuff! He makes it fun, gets you pumped and is really nice.
I haven’t done any personal training yet, but I have gotten several massages. Wow is all I have to say. I had a sore shoulder from an accident, but it felt as good as new after just 3 massages. Manny’s gym is basically your one stop shop for all your health goals/​needs. And it’s very affordable, too.

I learned about Bliss-​Blessing Wellness through a Livingsocial deal that was for 6 personal training sessions. Manny is the personal trainer and his services are definitely affordable even without the deal but I guess you get what you pay for.
If you like having someone who demeans you and that method works for you to workout harder then Manny’s style of «training» is for you. Having said that his style wasn’t for me and I felt that some of his workouts were doing more harm than good to my body (may not be the case for everyone). He also has some practices that I feel are unprofessional (talking trash about you to other clients who happen to be your friend behind your back). When I made him aware that I thought his behavior was inappropriate he in no way took responsibility for his actions (though he didn’t deny it either). Overall, I wasn’t impressed with his customer service and I won’t go back.

My first time working out with Jef and manny (trainer) keep you motivated. Very good team work out ! I would recommend to friends and family who wants to have a personal trainer! Very good location and super clean mini gym. Super friendly love it come and join

Sent Manny a text yesterday asking if I could come in at 8 when it was already 7:45. Said no problem, he mentioned that there was free parking and that it was totally fine to use the Unilocal deal! When I got there he made me feel super comfortable! I came in with the worse back pain and when he finished I felt like a million bucks! Thanks Manny, I already got a friend a massage as a early bday gift! Can’t wait to see you again!
If there were more stars I’d give it to him for making me feel better and knowing that he and his team and around 24⁄7!!!

I have a pretty stressful job so I would get a message every other week at my regular place until my masseur moved back to Russia. Since then I’ve been looking for a new place to get my massages to no avail, until I found this place! It was a very professional and clean environment that made me feel welcomed and relaxed.
I highly recommend this place to anyone. I felt so good after my massage that not only did I book my next 2 massages but bought a gift certificate for my father!
