It is true what previous Unilocalers said about this test kitchen. It is a rental place that is not open everyday and you can come out and try different recipes from different chefs when they put on an event. It can get pretty chaotic there sometimes and a little noisy. I’ve been here twice and it is an interesting experience. My recent visit to the venue was for a fried chicken cook-off. It was Algerian Fried Chicken or Korean Fried Chicken. Both were good, but the Korean Fried Chicken with the sauce tasted better. Overall, I had a good time here. If you get here early you can find parking. You can always take the Red Line to Beverly & Normandie.
