Every time I’ve went in I’ve got the best service. Their food is cooked to their best and they always serve pretty quick. Don’t be hesitant to ask for a lot of condiments because they will always happily give it to you. There’s a small area for dining but it is very conveniently located in next to LACC so it serves as a great spot to have lunch at.

I honestly really can’t understand how it’s legal to call this pizza. Raw vegetables on barely toasted bread with some cheese sprinkled intermittently. When I eat pizza like this I always wonder if someone is playing a joke on me. Really. The other posters must never have had real pizza before…

I ordered on Unilocal.It very faster to delivery. My orders have been delivered earlier than estimated. Their pizza an excellent crust, full of toppings. Highly recommended!!!

I was originally going to give them 4 stars because it’s a bit pricey, but I decided that they really do deserve a 5 star review regardless of the pricing. Their food is delicious. So far, I’ve had their pasta, onion rings, sandwiches, pizza and salads. Every option has been sooo good that in fact when I have lunch here, it’s so difficult for me to choose what I should get. I want everything! Aside from the really good food, the customer service is very pleasant. The people up front are nice in my every visit and the guy who takes the orders even gave me a free drink. Not to mention the restrooms and the restaurant itself is very clean. If you haven’t already tried Big Mama’s, you definitely should!

placed an order an hour before closing and had the rudest person on the phone. I asked if they were still open and taking orders and he said «yeah.» he couldn’t hear my husband telling his order and then he said «what??» he didn’t take our name or number and all he said was 10min and hung up the phone. rude as f**k. get some manners or get a fulfilling job so you don’t answer regular customers like you were raised in a cave by wild animals. didn’t pick up our order after that. you’re not doing us a favor by making us food an hour before closing. you’re a business. in fact a slow one. that relies on the neighborhood to keep you open. food is overpriced. shitty service. I’m going to dominos.

This place was recommended by an Über driver.
Lots of pizza topping options and specialty pizzas which was awesome. It wasn’t super greasy and they didn’t go overboard on the red sauce. However, the crust was burned. We also ordered wings and they were alright, nothing special. I’d eat here again if I’m in the area, but it wasn’t anything to go out of the way for.

I’ve stopped at this place before (their downtown location) when I worked in the area, but always to grab a slice and a drink.
After a weekend away, the last thing I wanted to do was go to the store and cook up a meal. My boyfriend and I decided to order in pizza. Typically we get Dominos. It’s cheap, it’s good and they are closeby so they deliver quickly. I suggested we try something new. The pizza looked so good online, so we decided to call in to order.
The guy on the phone was really nice. He even gave me the pesto topping for free which is typically $ 2 extra. We ordered a large, half pepperoni and half cheese lover with pesto on the entire thing. They said 45 – 60 minutes, but they delivery guy showed up about 40 minutes later which was great considering it was a Saturday of New Years weekend and during dinner time.
The delivery guy was very nice and the pizza smelled great! We went upstairs and opened it up, looked great too! We both took our slices and ate. Now it wasn’t horrible by any means, but it was SO greasy. I know it’s pizza, but the top half was nice and crisp which was great, but the bottom half was so greasy it was almost soggy. I ended up eating just the top halves of my slices. Not sure if it was from the pesto or what, but their pizza was never this greasy before.
I’d try it again to see if maybe it was just that day, because the flavor is great. Hopefully this was just a fluke.

I’ve only been here about twice for lunch and honestly i enjoyed my time here. Staff is so friendly and kind, food is great. Its a very calm yet energetic place and i think people should check it out.

I really like their pizza. I’m a stickler for an excellent crust, and I’d rate theirs as fair. But the sauce is tasty, the portions are great, the price is comparable to other indie pizza joints in the area, and my orders have always been delivered earlier than estimated.

I love big mamas & papa’s pizza. I always went to the bone on hollywood until discovering this one. The guy tonight was extremely friendly, nice and helpful. Egg gondolas are amazing as always. Highly recomended.

Hands down we got half (meat lover) and half (mexican) delicious the cashier guy who was also the waiter was nice definitely coming back or even get the big papas for a special event

I am generally a meat eater on pizza but I had a slice of their veggie pizza and was hooked! I like a thin crispy crust, they do it just right. The veggie pizza is so hearty, fresh, and has so many great flavors I didn’t miss the sausage at all. They are my new go-​to pizza place.

Their pizza is so good. I loved it and it’s just in front of my school lacc. They where so nice too.

When they say big, they mean big! All their portions are well worth the money! I’ve had a caprice sandwich and the pizza slice lunch special and I’ve had to bring half my meal home from both. The pizza slice special is amazing! The slice is the same size as three regular slices and you get a salad, which is a full plate of salad, and a fountain drink. All for $ 8!

This place is so yummy! Not only does it feel comfy but the staff is so sweet. They gave me a free soda. ^_​^ Their pizza is OUT OF THIS WORLD! So yummy!!! Specially with that garlic powder they have for you at your table. I’m definitely going back soon for more pizza and to try their salads that look so delicious too! Thank God for this little jewel in front of LACC.

I don’t know why, but I wasn’t expecting much from this place. Ordered delivery through grub hub. Ordered a medium regular crust sausage pizza, cinnamon sticks and steak fries. I am IMPRESSED! Okay I REALLY didn’t expect much ordering French fries for delivery as they usually need to be eaten right away or else they get soggy and blah blah. The fries were perfectly crisped, perfectly seasoned and PIPING hot, huh? Amazing! The pizza is basic, nothing mind blowing, but what I appreciate is that it’s not a greasy as FUCK, soggy watery mess when I opened the box. It’s basically perfect! How doooo they do that? Cinnamon sticks weren’t mind blowing either, but again they came neat and hot and the portion size was very generous, it did the trick… delivery was also 4 minutes earlier then expected ETA, that’s cool, but they forgot the ranch dressing: (Now! Let’s get fat…

This is my new favorite pizza place.
Décor: love it. Didn’t feel like I was in LA. Very lively and comfy. They had several tvs which was cool.
Food: amazing. Pizza was perfect. Thin but kinda crunchy not all squishy. Worth the price. Flavors were amazing. So many different options. They have salads, calzones, dessert, etc.
Bathroom: clean!
We went when it wasn’t so busy so I enjoyed my time there.
