I have been a customer for the last 8 or so years. This is my go to place for all my jewelry needs, especially during the holiday season. I get most of the Christmas, Vday, Mother’s Day gifts for my female friends and family members at Bidz. I have noticed that to get the best deals you need to place bids at night when there are not that many people on the site (less competition). Some items take a few weeks to arrive (even in the US), make sure you read the description so you will get everything on time when you need them.

This site has everything a girl can ask for. Lots of great jewelry to choose from. Anything from fashion to fine jewelry — from inexpensive to pricey. Worth every penny. The customer service team is also very helpful and always attentive. I have bought several items and I couldn’t be happier. The look much better in person then they do online. I will continue to be a bidz shopper.

This is a terrible company, they have messed up my order twice, the first time they supposently sent my package to the wrong address and I never received my package, they have no concern for the customer and did nothing to help me and I was charged anyways which I figured was a technical error. The second time they charged me for merchandise that was never sent to me I had to call the bank to complain, then two months later I only got 1 out of the 3 items I had ordered and they charged me for all 3 items which overdrew my account in not expecting that charge after filing a claim against them with the bank. No delivery date was ever stated after purchase and they send it out whenever later, I’m currently still trying to resolve the issue of my missing pieces of jewelery and the overcharge on my account, and it’s been over 3 months of battling with them through my bank… they never answer they’re fake customer service number and have never been able to reach their operators. This company is fraudulent to say the least, they offer good prices because they just don’t send out what you order, what a hassel! Its a nightmare. Don’t do business with them it’s nothing but a scam and a big waste of everyone’s time. So here I am on Unilocal will update once it’s all figured out 7−14−15

. I thought this site was awesome but as it turns out — this site sucks!!!
I’ve purchased two items from this company over the past two months and both times I’ve been seriously let down. The first item that I purchased was a ring and I paid about $ 150. The setting was loose when I received the ring, the metal was very thin and looked very cheap. I could have purchased this same quality ring from a swapmeet and received something better for less money. The second item that I purchased was a necklace ($ 130) and although it looked amazing in the picture, I just got it in the mail and it looks AWFUL! I don’t even want to wear it. It’s so disgustingly awful, I’m heart broken. This is total false advertising!!!
I’m never going to shop at
again — try ebay. At least ebay has seller’s rating, customer comments and you can fight with PAYPAL. Thanks for nothing
