Was recomended here by my handyman … factory direct… if you are looking for Windows this is your factory direct pricing no gimmicks straight forward ask for Alex… i bought 18 windows for a property that I just purchased they are fast and their products are good quality … what can I say I want to support a family operated business and save myself some money instead if going to the big box store…

We had the windows and patio glass doors replaced in our building (14 apartments). Our contractor got the entire inventory from Benalex. Everything came in on time, size, color, etc. Great quality, great look and great prices! Couldn’t be happier.

I called to get some work done on a broken window but the guy at Benalex said they only did stuff in-​house and directed me to someone who he highly recommended. The recommended guy didn’t speak any English, really, so a lot of the communication went through the Benalex employee.
He showed up and gave us an estimate of $ 250 installed, a little higher than the average quoted price, but he was there already and he seemed like a nice guy so we went for it. He said he’d be back the next day at 10AM. On that day he didn’t arrive until 3PM and was incommunicado prior to that. He turned out to be incompetent as he cracked the (far too thin) window as he was installing it. He then tried to convince us to give him $ 100 and the frame so he could buy better glass and come back the next day. We refused and after some real haggling, he said he’d be back the next day to finish the job. The next day the guy disappears again and finally responds to a text by saying that the glass shop is closed and he’d be back the next day. He did not show up the next day. So now we have a detached window frame sitting in our room because the incompetent associate of Benalex couldn’t finish the job after stringing us along for the better part of the week and trying to shimmy us out of $ 100 for doing nothing.
I would not recommend.

My contractor directed me to Benalex to pick out a new window to replace my broken bathroom window. The customer service was great. The guy (owner?) who helped walked me though how to fix my window with a $ 5 part instead of buying a $ 100 part and $ 100 in labor.

Great Place to get Windows. Excellent window quality and even better prices. Customer service is great too.
