BCBG Max Azria

When I first smelled this fragrance, I thought it was incredible. I still think it smells amazing, but it does have somewhat of a cough syrup scent before it really settles into your skin. However, in spite of that one little con, it is a very pretty, yummy fragrance. I am a bonafide perfume addict, and know something good when I smell it. I do prefer sweeter scents over musky fragrances (especially during the warmer seasons), so I may be a little partial in this review due to that preference. But this really is a lovely perfume.

The worst, worst, worst and most useless sales associates I have EVER came across. And possibly the most unorganized BCBG Max Azria that exists. Little to no inventory or selection. Everything is scattered on a sale rack. A disgrace to the entire Robertson block! Do yourself a favor and head to Beverly Center.

I’ve been to plenty of BCBGs in my life, and this one is by far my favorite location! It’s two stories — casual ready to wear on the first floor, and evening/​cocktail dresses and outfits on the second floor. It’s way bigger than the dinky two-​store thing at Westside Pavillion or the closet sized store at Century City mall.
Also, the staff here is so nice! They helped me find exaclty the dress I was looking for, and even threw in a gorgeous platform shoe. They made me feel comfortable even though I was half dead and frumpy after work.
I love that parking is ridiculously cheap on the street (meters that take cash AND credit) and that it is literally down the street from my lab. Convenient for me, I know, but this a great BCBG! I plan on coming here whenever I get the urge to shop for a cute special occasion dress or sexy shoes and accessories.

I don’t believe that well known names like BCBG need a review – their clothes and accessories speak for themselves and if your taste suits, then great. What I’m here to say is that their sales associates are fantastic. I was really taken aback at how friendly and genuinely helpful their sales reps were at this store on Robertson. I didn’t even buy anything and had a difficult question about an old item I had purchased months and months ago. Nonetheless, the sales girl was attentive, courteous, and went out of her way to help me find the right person to talk to at the corporate level.
Good job for human resources on that choice!
