Lots of casual wear clothing. Great place for gifts all the time.
For less than $ 100. A sturdy 28″ soft side luggage for those relatives buying too many items to take back home overseas. Shirts, pants, tops, shoes, belts for men and women of all ages and sizes available here.
Good place to start shopping at.

Horrible customer service. No greeting, 4 people standing at cashier desk and only 1 cashier open. There was no employee available to help customers around the store. I asked for help to find a product and the job was repeatedly handed over until it arrived at a very slow uninterested guy who did not know how to operate the computer… Spent so much time waiting, it was bad. I can imagine a high school freshman doing a better job at customer service and showing some enthusiasm.

I am a huge fan of Bass Shoes. Here’s the thing with Bass Outlet, in order to get a great deal on shoes, you have to go at the right time! I signed up for their text specials and I always updates on their promotions and coupons for additional 20% off purchases. The best time to go is during their friends and family sales or when you have coupons in that you can stack with their current promotion.
As for the the quality of their shoes? The shoes are of great quality and are comfortable. I have their boots and flats and are definitely not of Payless quality.
If you go on their off day, then yes, their stuff is expensive.

Not happy. While I like the shoes and other merchandise I’m but a happy customer. A few days ago I purchased a great pair of scandals 2 actually. Same size but one pair was way too tight weird. Tried to return but because I foolishly paid with a check forgot my debit card they wouldn’t tAke them back! I gave to wait 7 business days. Now in this age of wonderfully technology thus is bs! The check clears from my account 2 days after the purchase! It’s such a hassle to come back it’s do hard to find parking. And just a helpful suggestion to bass put your damn policy in the back of the receipt!

I went to this store on Thursday, November 8th and was I ignored by the clump of sales associates. No hellos. No welcomes. No here are our sale specials. The male sales associate kept talking about how he wanted to go home. I was that close to hear their conversation. One of the lady sales associates made awkward eye contact with me and went back to the conversation. After they finally broke up, I told the male sales associate that their customer services skills were sub par ad that I just Unilocaled it. He wasn’t sincerely apologetic in my opinion. I’ll just call/​email corporate to make sure the point comes across better.

After shopping at Van Heusen’s double points sale, they gave me a $ 5 coupon to go shop at their sister store, Bass.
Bass, known for their leather goods, always has some kind of sale going for shoes. Today, it was boots and loads of them.
I was looking for a Bass polo shirt, but since they’ve already transitioned to the Winter clothing season, there were none, but I found lots of sweaters and long sleeved shirts on sale.
Since they didn’t have what I wanted and their boots were, to me, high priced ($ 149), I didn’t buy anything this time.

Came here today to get some new dress shoes for job interviews and such.
The prices are pretty good. Everything seems to be at least 50% off. The shoes I got were originally $ 109 but I ended up paying $ 38 after tax and they are really nice. I wanted to buy some loafers that were 85% off from $ 139 or so but they didn’t have my size.
Staff was good and helpful.
Only wish a little more selection of laced dress shoes. Lots of slip ins though.
