This is the BEST bank in town! Everyone in that bank is amazing and friendly! I’ve never had a bad experience here and i’ve been banking here for 10 years! The staff from Joak, Mayra, Daniel and David are soooooo helpful. The best part is every time i go in the give me candy :). FREE PARKING!

The worst branch ever! I was «helped» by LUNA! She was the worst banker I’ve ever met in my life, she had no idea what she was doing, she kept lying to my face, she was texting in the middle of when k was speaking to her, she was extremely rude! I have no idea how she got a job here? She also asked me how to spell «University» when I told her I was a student??? Wtf lady

At least they have their own parking lot above the building– there’s a parking attendant there to make sure you’re a customer! ATM machines indoors… secure, and still convenient!

I’m only writing this review because of the lame ass wheelchair ramp they put in recently. I’m all for equal access, but why are they making everyone use it? There should be a step for people right in front of the door for people who don’t need the ramp. It also inconveniences the people who need to use the ramp because it is so narrow that really only one person can use it at a time.
