I have small, wide hard to fit feet and usually dread trying to find a pair of shoes that fit. Mr. Ballard custom made a pair for me that fit like a glove and I designed them myself. He was very patient to get them perfect, readjusting a few times. They were worth the cost and the wait. I highly recommend these guys!

You are right it was only 1,600 dollars. And there was time involved, but with communication both ways. I am still left with no boots, the pic was your boots, and out sixteen hundred dollars. Do not go here. Lots of words no product.

So happy with my new shoes! I came to Ballard to get some custom shoes because I have Plantar Fasciitis and can’t wear normal shoes. They designed a shoe that fit my arch perfectly and my shoes are beautiful! Thanks guys!

I was soooo pleased with my Ballard Custom boots! I brought a pair of favorite old boots to Reggie and he copied them perfectly but also made slight changes to fit today’s style. I just love them! Reggie is very knowledgeable, professional yet so friendly and warm, like an old friend. I hightly recommend Ballard Custom Footwear.
